Assembly Steps

Step 1: Part F1 & F2 Preparation

Take part F1. A diagram indicates to push the shrapnel up on F1. This is indicated as STEP 1. The diagram shows two parts labeled F1 and F2, with an inset showing a close-up of a mechanism on F1 being pushed upwards.

Step 2: Attaching F1 to Panels

Attach parts F1 to panels labeled 3 and 4 using hardware A (Ø6 x 35mm) and G (M3.5 x 14mm). Four A screws and sixteen G screws are used in total across two sub-assemblies. The diagram shows two identical assemblies, each with a panel (part 3 or 4) and two F1 components attached, secured by screws A and G. Insets show close-ups of screw placement.

Step 3: Attaching Panel 1 to Side Panels

Attach panel 1 to side panels (parts 3 and 4) using six hardware A screws (Ø6 x 35mm). The diagram shows panel 1 being placed on top of side panels 3 and 4, with screws A being inserted from the top into the side panels.

Step 4: Connecting Side Panels with Rail

Connect side panels 3 and 4 using part 12 (Back Support Rail). Use hardware B (Ø15 x 12mm) cam locks. Pay attention to the direction of the slot on part 12. The diagram shows side panels 3 and 4 standing upright, with part 12 positioned horizontally between them. Cam locks B are shown being inserted into holes and turned to secure part 12.

Step 5: Attaching Panel 1 to Side Panels (Continued)

Attach panel 1 to side panels 3 and 4 using hardware C (Ø8 x 30mm) and hardware B (Ø15 x 12mm) cam locks. Four C screws and four B cam locks are used. The instruction "Pay attention to the direction of the slot" is present. The diagram shows panel 1 being attached to the top of the structure formed by side panels 3 and 4, using screws C and cam locks B.

Step 6: Attaching Panel 1 and Divider

Attach panel 1 to side panels 3 and 4 using hardware B (Ø15 x 12mm) cam locks. Two B cam locks are used. Part 15 (Vertical Divider) is also shown being attached. The diagram shows panel 1 being attached to the top of the structure, securing it to side panels 3 and 4 using cam locks B.

Step 7: Inserting Vertical Dividers

Insert two vertical dividers (part 5) into the unit. The instruction "Halogen faces inward" is noted. The diagram shows two panels labeled 5 being slid into place vertically within the main cabinet structure.

Step 8: Securing Panels with Screws

Secure the unit using hardware D (Ø7 x 40mm) screws and hardware C (Ø8 x 30mm) screws. Six D screws and four C screws are used. Part 2 (Bottom Panel) is also shown being attached. The diagram shows screws D being inserted from the top into the side panels, and screws C being inserted into the side panels from the front.

Step 9: Attaching Connecting Rails to Legs

Attach connecting rails (part 14) to the legs (part 13) using hardware K (M4 Allen Key) and hardware E (M6 x 40mm) screws. Four E screws are used. The instruction "Pre lock by hand, then tighten with a wrench" is given. The diagram shows two connecting rails (14) being attached to the top of the legs (13).

Step 10: Attaching Legs and Rails to Cabinet

Attach the assembled legs and rails (from Step 9) to the main cabinet structure (part 4). Use hardware K (M4 Allen Key) and hardware E (M6 x 40mm) screws. Six E screws are used. The diagram shows the cabinet structure (part 4) being placed onto the assembled leg and rail components. Screws E are shown securing these parts.

Step 11: Attaching Front Slat Panel

Attach the front slat panel (part 6) to the unit using hardware A (Ø6 x 35mm) screws. Twenty-four A screws are used. The diagram shows the slat panel (6) being attached to the front of the cabinet. Screws A are shown securing it.

Step 12: Assembling Drawer Components

Assemble drawer components: parts 7, 8, 9, 10, 11. Use hardware H (M4 x 35mm) screws. Twenty-four H screws are used. The diagram shows the assembly of a drawer box, with parts 7 and 8 as side pieces, 9 as the base, 10 as another side piece, and 11 as the back. Screws H are used to join these parts.

Step 13: Attaching Drawer Sides to Base

Attach drawer sides (parts 8 and 10) to the drawer base (part 9). Use hardware G (M3.5 x 14mm) screws. Eight G screws are used. The diagram shows the drawer base (9) with drawer sides (8 and 10) being attached using screws G. Arrows indicate the direction of attachment.

Step 14: Securing Drawer Structure and Attaching Cam Locks

Secure the drawer structure using hardware I (Corner Brackets) and hardware G (M3.5 x 14mm) screws. Eight G screws are used. Also attach hardware B (Ø15 x 12mm) cam locks. Twenty-four B cam locks are used. The diagram shows the assembled drawer box with corner brackets I attached to the inside corners with screws G. Cam locks B are shown being inserted into the main cabinet structure.

Step 15: Attaching Drawer Slides to Drawer Box

Attach drawer slides (part F2) to the drawer box components (parts 7 and 8) using hardware G (M3.5 x 14mm) screws. Sixteen G screws are used. The diagram shows drawer slides (F2) being attached to the sides of the drawer box. Screws G are used for this. The instruction "Insert the backboard clip first and then lock the screws" is present.

Step 16: Attaching Back Panel Clips to Doors

Attach back panel clips (part J) to the cabinet doors (part 5). Eight J clips are used. The diagram shows the main cabinet with doors (part 5). Clips J are being attached to the inside of the doors. The instruction "Insert the backboard clip first and then lock the screws" is present.

Step 17: Installing Drawer Slides

Install double-sided slide rails flush push-in. The diagram shows the main cabinet structure with the drawer slides being installed on the inside of the cabinet walls.

Step 18: Final Slide Rail Attachment

Attach slide rails using hardware L (M4 x 35mm and M3.5 x 14mm screws). Two L sets are used. The diagram shows close-ups of slide rail attachment to the cabinet. Hardware L is shown being used.
