Safety

⚠️ Do not move your bike by the Hauler Rack.
⚠️ Check that cables and cargo do not interfere with steering and/or braking before riding.
⚠️ Secure all cargo before riding. Take care that all straps are tied down and any loose item is secured.

The Hauler Rack package includes the following items:

Installation

Follow these steps to install the Hauler Rack:

Step 1: Preparation

Align the rack mounting points with the bike's frame. You will need a 5 mm Allen Wrench and a 10 mm Open-End Wrench.

Step 2-3: Mounting the Rack

Position the Hauler Rack onto the designated mounting points on the bike frame. Secure the rack using the provided bolts.

Step 4: Tightening Bolts

Tighten the bolts to a torque of 10 Nm - 12 Nm using a torque wrench. Ensure all connections are secure.

Step 5: Final Check

Complete the installation by ensuring all parts are securely fastened.

How to Install a Bottle Cage and/or Lock

The Hauler Rack is compatible with bottle cages and locks. Tools required: 4 mm Allen Wrench.

Remove any existing Bottle Cage bolts from the Rack.
Position the Cage or Lock against the braze-ons (mounting points) on the rack.
Tighten the bolts to a torque of 4 Nm - 5 Nm.

Additional Mount

These mounting holes allow you to drill holes in crates and similar objects and bolt them directly to the Hauler Rack for custom configurations.
