Promo E-Voucher 500k for New Member Galaxy Active Club & E-Voucher Disc 20% for Grand Launching Galaxy Active Club

1. The E-Voucher 500k for New Member Galaxy Active Club & E-Voucher Disc 20% for Grand Launching Galaxy Active Club (the "Promo") is valid from June 11, 2025, to June 30, 2025 (the "Promo Period"). These terms and conditions are the applicable terms for the Promo.

2. This Promo is only valid on online partners (Samsung.com) collaborating with PT Samsung Electronics Indonesia ("Samsung") and participating in this Promo as determined by Samsung. The list of partners can be found in the Appendix of these Terms and Conditions and may change at any time according to Samsung's policy.

3. Within this Promo, Buyers/Consumers are entitled to special offers for every purchase transaction of Samsung Galaxy products during the Promo Period, with the following details:

4. Buyers/Consumers can enjoy the product Promo under these Terms and Conditions by making transactions using any payment method applicable to each partner in this Promo.

5. Buyers/Consumers can make payments for purchase transactions in this Promo using one of the payment methods available at the partner, as follows:

• Cash payment;
• Debit card;
• Credit Card with/without installments; or
• Finance+

6. Terms and conditions for credit cards, and credit card installment offers in this Promo follow the applicable terms and conditions from the Bank collaborating with each partner. For in-store purchases, the list of Banks and their applicable terms and conditions can be inquired directly from the staff at each store.

7. Terms & Conditions for registering as a New Member of Samsung Galaxy Active Club:

• Visit the Galaxy Active Club page: https://www.samsung.com/id/campaign/galaxy-active-club/
• Fill out the registration form and provide personal data in the provided form.
• Confirmation message will be received via email or the registered WhatsApp number.
• After receiving confirmation, follow the steps provided to access the Galaxy Active Club digital platform / Whatsapp Group.

8. Terms and Conditions for Promo E-Voucher 500k for New Member Galaxy Active Club:

• i) Benefits are available in limited quantities, while supplies last. Samsung reserves the right to increase benefit quotas at any time according to Samsung's policy.
• ii) Terms and conditions for obtaining the E-Voucher 500k can only be done for the first 500 members who register for Galaxy Active Club during the Promo Period with the following details:

² Benefits that Buyers/Consumers will receive during the Promo Period and apply to multiple purchases. Benefits are available in limited quantities.

• iii) The E-Voucher is valid for 1 transaction at Samsung.com with a minimum purchase of Rp 510,000 for All Watch, Buds & Ring products.
• iv) The E-Voucher code can be obtained via the registered email after successfully registering as a Galaxy Active Club member.
• v) Prizes cannot be exchanged, modified, canceled, and/or redeemed for cash.
• vi) The E-Voucher Promo can be combined with other promos as long as it is within the redemption period deadline.

8. Terms and Conditions for Promo E-Voucher Disc 20% Grand Launching Galaxy Active Club:

• i) Benefits are available in limited quantities, while supplies last. Samsung reserves the right to increase benefit quotas at any time according to Samsung's policy.
• ii) Terms and conditions for obtaining the voucher code can only be done by entering a special voucher code informed during the Grand Launching or can be confirmed with the Galaxy Active Club team with the following details:

• vii) The E-Voucher is valid for 1 transaction at Samsung.com with no minimum purchase for All Watch, Buds & Ring products.
• viii) The E-Voucher code can be obtained during the grand launching event or by contacting the Galaxy Active club committee.
• ix) Prizes cannot be exchanged, modified, canceled, and/or redeemed for cash.
• x) The E-Voucher Promo cannot be combined with other promos / direct price reductions from the recommended retail price (RRP) and must be within the redemption period deadline.

9. Purchases from online partners are also subject to the terms and conditions applicable to each online partner.

10. Buyers/Consumers cannot cancel purchase transactions after the transaction is completed in this Promo for any reason.

11. Samsung and/or its collaborating partners reserve the right to cancel transactions that are indicated as invalid and/or violate these Promo Terms and Conditions.

12. Samsung reserves the right at any time to add, change, replace, and/or delete all or part of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Samsung's decision in this Promo is final and cannot be contested.

14. By making a transaction in this Promo, Buyers/Consumers have agreed to and accepted all these Terms and Conditions and their amendments (if any).

15. Beware of fraud using and impersonating Samsung in this Promo.

16. By making a transaction in this Promo, Buyers/Consumers agree and give permission to be contacted by Samsung, its affiliates, and/or third parties appointed by Samsung via inbox, email, telephone, or SMS, both during the Promo Period and after the Promo ends.

17. By making a transaction in this Promo, Buyers/Consumers also give consent and authorization to Samsung, its affiliates, and third parties appointed by Samsung to collect, process, use, or disclose data submitted in this Promo ("Buyer/Consumer Data") if deemed necessary in connection with this Promo or for Samsung's purposes in accordance with Samsung's privacy policy as regulated at https://www.samsung.com/id/info/privacy/.
