Samsung Reservation+ e-Voucher Terms and Conditions

This Samsung Reservation+ e-Voucher Galaxy Terbaru promotion ("Promo") is valid for Customers who purchase a Samsung Reservation+ e-Voucher worth IDR 300,000 on Samsung.com/id or the Shop App starting from June 24, 2025, to July 9, 2025 ("Promo Period"). These terms and conditions are the applicable terms and conditions for the Promo ("Terms and Conditions").

The Samsung Reservation+ e-Voucher purchased during this Promo can be used to purchase the latest Samsung Galaxy starting from the Promo Period.

Customers who have purchased a Samsung Reservation+ e-Voucher worth IDR 300,000 during this Promo will receive a discount of IDR 1,500,000 (including the IDR 300,000 e-Voucher) when using the e-Voucher during the pre-order period for the latest Samsung Galaxy.

Terms of Samsung Reservation+ e-Voucher:

• Customers can purchase the Samsung Reservation+ e-Voucher worth IDR 300,000 through Samsung.com/id or the Samsung Shop App during the Promo Period.
• The benefits of the Samsung Reservation+ e-Voucher as mentioned in point 3 above will only apply if the Customer purchases the latest Samsung Galaxy during the Promo Period on Samsung.com/id or the Samsung Shop App.
• The Samsung Reservation+ e-Voucher will be sent within a maximum of 24 hours after the Customer successfully purchases the e-Voucher via the registered email or WhatsApp during the Promo data entry.
• If the Customer does not use the Samsung Reservation+ e-Voucher for the purchase of the latest Samsung Galaxy during the Promo Period, the Customer can still use the e-Voucher (worth IDR 300,000) until December 31, 2025, for the purchase of other products on Samsung.com/id or the Samsung Shop App, but the benefits of the Samsung Reservation+ e-Voucher as mentioned in point 3 do not apply (no additional value to the e-Voucher).
• One (1) Samsung Reservation+ e-Voucher code can only be used for one (1) transaction. If there is a transaction that does not meet the applicable terms and conditions, the e-Voucher code will automatically become invalid or the transaction may be canceled.
• A Samsung Reservation+ e-Voucher code that has been used in a canceled transaction cannot be used again by the Customer.
• The quota for Samsung Reservation+ e-Vouchers in this Promo is limited according to the quota determined by PT Samsung Electronics Indonesia ("Samsung"). Samsung may increase the quota for Samsung Reservation+ e-Vouchers periodically in accordance with Samsung's policies.
• The Samsung Reservation+ e-Voucher cannot be cashed out.
• The Samsung Reservation+ e-Voucher will not be usable if any transaction is found to be invalid and/or violates the Terms and Conditions of this Promo.
• If any fraudulent, deceptive, or misappropriation transactions are found, such transactions will be canceled and the e-Voucher received will be considered void.
• Samsung is not responsible for any loss and/or transfer to other parties of the Samsung Reservation+ e-Voucher obtained by the Customer.

Customer data registered at the time of the first transaction, including but not limited to name, phone number, and delivery address, cannot be changed and/or requested to be changed after the transaction is completed and payment has been made. Please ensure all data entered by the Customer is correct. All provided data/information is the Customer's full responsibility.

The purchase of the Samsung Reservation+ e-Voucher and the pre-order of the latest Samsung Galaxy are subject to the terms and conditions applicable on Samsung.com/id or the Samsung Shop App.

Samsung reserves the right to add, change, replace, and/or delete any part or all of these Terms and Conditions at any time.

By participating in this Promo, the Customer agrees to and accepts all applicable Terms and Conditions and their changes (if any).

By participating in this Promo, the Customer also agrees and gives permission to be contacted by Samsung, its affiliates, and third parties appointed by Samsung via inbox, email, phone, or SMS during the Promo Period or thereafter.

By participating in this Promo, the Customer has given consent and authorization to Samsung, its affiliates, and third parties appointed by Samsung to collect, process, use, and/or disclose the data submitted in this Promo ("Customer Data") if deemed necessary in connection with this Promo or for Samsung's interests in accordance with Samsung's privacy policy as stated at https://www.samsung.com/id/info/privacy/.
