Program Terms Update
Program: Purchase E-Voucher, Receive Special Offer
Samsung Electronics Vietnam Thai Nguyen - Ho Chi Minh City Branch is pleased to announce the terms and conditions for the E-Voucher purchase program, offering special benefits (“Program”).
1. Program Participation Requirements
a) This Program applies to customers who purchase a voucher (“E-voucher”) valued at 100,000 VND from the Samsung Online Store (“Samsung Official Store”) at samsung.com/vn/gift-card/e-vouchers/pre-registration-evoucher-z-code-evoucher during the period from 6:00 AM on June 24, 2025, to 8:59 PM on July 09, 2025.
b) Customers will receive an E-voucher worth 1,000,000 VND (applicable when purchasing the new Galaxy Fold/Flip models at the Samsung Official Store: samsung.com/vn/smartphones/galaxy-z/).

2. Program Duration
a) Program Application Period: From 6:00 AM on June 24, 2025, to 8:59 PM on July 09, 2025.
b) E-voucher Usage Period:
- From 9:00 PM on July 09, 2025, to 11:59 PM on August 03, 2025, for the new Galaxy Fold/Flip models.
After this period, the E-voucher will be invalid, and customers will not be refunded the value of the purchased E-voucher.
3. How to Participate
a) Customers purchase the E-voucher from the Samsung Official Store website: samsung.com/vn/gift-card/e-vouchers/pre-registration-evoucher-z-code-evoucher during the Program Application Period.
b) Customers select the E-voucher product, provide necessary information, and complete payment. (Note: E-voucher orders cannot be combined with other products and do not apply any other promotional codes or Samsung Rewards during payment).
c) To complete the E-voucher purchase, customers must read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of the Samsung Group's Privacy Policy available at samsung.com/vn/info/privacy/. Customers also consent to Samsung and its partners collecting and processing their personal information according to the aforementioned Privacy Policy and Vietnamese law.
d) The E-voucher code will be sent to the customer via email within 48 hours of successful purchase to the email address registered/provided at the time of purchase. Samsung is not responsible for cases where customers do not receive the E-voucher code due to incorrect email addresses or compromised email accounts.
e) E-vouchers are only valid for eligible transactions on the Samsung Official Store at samsung.com/vn/smartphones/galaxy-z/ and within their validity period.
4. E-voucher Usage Terms
a) Each customer may purchase one or more E-vouchers during the Program Application Period.
b) Each E-voucher is applicable for its stated value of 1,000,000 VND when purchasing at least one (1) new Galaxy Fold/Flip product as specified in Section 1 of these Program Terms.
c) E-vouchers are only applicable to the corresponding products on the Samsung Official Store, as specified in Section 1 of these Program Terms.
d) E-vouchers can be used in conjunction with other promotional programs, including trade-in offers, payment discounts, bundle offers, etc., officially announced on the Samsung Official Store.
e) E-vouchers may be used in conjunction with promotional codes from the “Early Bird Registration Offer” when purchasing accessories such as earphones, watches, etc., on the “Bundle Offers for Galaxy Ecosystem” (Add-on page).
f) E-vouchers are for single use only. Under no circumstances will customers be refunded or compensated in cash if they withdraw from the Program at any time for any reason, or if they violate the terms and conditions of the Program after purchasing and receiving a valid E-voucher.
5. General Terms
a) The Program is only applicable to individual customers within the territory of Vietnam.
b) Distributing or using an E-voucher as a screenshot is considered a violation of these Program Terms and will be subject to legal responsibility. In such cases, Samsung reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the E-voucher's validity without compensation (including refunding the E-voucher value) to the customer, and the violating party shall bear full legal responsibility.
c) Samsung reserves the right to refuse orders without prior notice and shall not be liable for any refusal of orders in cases of customer fraud or breach of purchase commitments, or if Samsung detects any suspicious activity or fraud during the order placement process.

7. Program Terms Update
Samsung reserves the right to amend or supplement the terms and conditions of the Program at any time during the Program's application period (“Updated Program Terms”). The Updated Program Terms will be effective from the time they are posted by Samsung on the Online Store. If a customer does not agree with the Updated Program Terms, they have the right to terminate their participation in the Program. In such cases, the value of the purchased E-voucher will not be refunded as stipulated in Section 4(g).
