Assembly Steps

1. Step 1: Two people are required to lift and position the wardrobe frame. Ensure the frame is stable before proceeding.
2. Step 2: Attach the side panels using the provided connectors. Ensure a secure fit.
3. Step 3: Connect the top and bottom panels to the side panels.
4. Step 4: Assemble the back panels.
5. Step 5: Attach the mounting brackets to the wall. Ensure they are level and securely fastened. Use appropriate wall fixings for your wall type.
6. Step 6: Mount the wardrobe onto the wall brackets.
7. Step 7: Insert shelves and any internal fittings.
8. Step 8: Attach doors. Ensure they are aligned correctly.
9. Step 9: Install any additional accessories.
10. Step 10: Secure the wardrobe to the wall using the provided anti-tip hardware.
11. Step 11: Check all connections are secure and the wardrobe is stable.
12. Step 12: Final adjustments to doors and shelves.
13. Step 13: Attach the top panel.
14. Step 14: Attach the final side panel.
15. Step 15: Install the door hinges.
16. Step 16: Attach the doors to the hinges.
17. Step 17: Insert the shelf supports.
18. Step 18: Install the clothes rail. Ensure the maximum thickness of the wall for mounting is 22 mm (7/8").
19. Step 19: Attach the top support brackets.
20. Step 20: Install the drawer runners if applicable.
21. Step 21: Insert the drawers.
22. Step 22: Final check of all components.
23. Step 23: Secure the wardrobe to the wall with the provided hardware.

Wall Mounting Instructions

Important: Always use the included wall attachment devices to secure the PAX wardrobe to the wall. This is crucial to prevent tip-over accidents.

Step A: Identify the correct mounting points on the wardrobe and the wall. Use a spirit level to ensure the brackets are horizontal.

Step B: Select appropriate screws and wall plugs for your wall type (e.g., drywall, concrete, wood). If unsure, consult a professional.

Step C: Securely fasten the wall brackets to the wall.

Step D: Carefully lift the wardrobe and align it with the wall brackets. Secure the wardrobe to the brackets according to the diagrams.

Step E: Ensure the wardrobe is stable and cannot be easily tipped forward.
