Installation Guide
Installation
Follow steps 1 through 9 (disassembly steps, see figures 10 through 12).
Note, figure 3: Thermostats can be connected in a bus configuration or a star configuration. For more information, refer to the installation manual of the main controller.
Note, figure 13: The optional floor sensor must always be routed in an installation pipe, often called a "gooseneck"!
Installer Menu
To open the Menu Settings, press and hold the button. Pressing and holding the button again within the Settings menu will take you to the Installer menu.
Menus
- ME.1: Limits the range of the desired room temperature.
- ME.2: Information / version number, can be used to identify the product.
- ME.3: Performs a connection test with the main controller. It returns a result in the form of a percentage (0-100%). 80% or higher indicates a very strong connection.
- ME.4: Floor sensor mode:
- CO = Comfort mode. Both the room sensor and the floor sensor are used.
- FL = Floor sensor mode. The end-user sets the desired floor temperature.
- du = Dual mode. The thermostat controls radiators and underfloor heating circuits. The underfloor heating circuits ensure a minimum floor temperature, and the radiator is used for peak load.
- ME.5: Minimum and maximum floor temperatures used in CO and du modes.
- ME.6: Reference room. Enable this option (ON) if you want this thermostat to function as a reference for switching between cooling and heating.
- ME.7: Cooling ON/OFF. Used to disable the cooling option, for example, in bathrooms.
