Packing Contents

The package typically includes the following components:

Page 5 shows an illustration of the cooler components, mounting hardware, and the decorative figure base.

Installation - Intel 1851/1700 Socket

Follow these steps for installation on Intel 1851/1700 sockets:

  1. Step 1: Place the Intel 1851/1700 mounting bracket (labeled '11') onto the motherboard. Red arrows indicate placement direction.

    Page 7 shows the initial placement of the mounting bracket (11) onto the motherboard.

  2. Step 2: Screw in the Intel 1851/1700 standoffs (labeled 'I2' x 4) into the motherboard through the bracket.

    Page 8, Step 2, illustrates screwing in the standoffs (I2).

  3. Step 3: Mount the pump unit (labeled 'G'). Align it with the standoffs and secure it using the screws (labeled 'N' x 4).

    Page 8, Step 3, shows the pump unit (G) being positioned and secured with screws (N).

  4. Step 4: Tighten the screws on the pump unit. Curved arrows indicate a tightening motion.

    Page 9, Step 4, depicts tightening the screws on the pump unit.

Installation - AMD AM5/AM4 Socket

Follow these steps for installation on AMD AM5/AM4 sockets:

  1. Step 1: Place the AMD mounting bracket onto the motherboard, aligning the screw holes. Red arrows indicate placement direction.

    Page 10, Step 1, shows the initial placement of the AMD mounting bracket.

  2. Step 2: Screw in the AMD standoffs (labeled 'A1' x 4) into the motherboard through the bracket.

    Page 10, Step 2, illustrates screwing in the AMD standoffs (A1).

  3. Step 3: Mount the pump unit (labeled 'G'). Align it with the standoffs and secure it using the screws (labeled 'N' x 4).

  4. Step 4: Tighten the screws on the pump unit. Curved arrows indicate a tightening motion.

Radiator Installation

Attach the radiator to the computer case using the provided screws (labeled 'S' x 12). The diagram shows screws being inserted into the radiator fins.

Page 12 shows the radiator and the process of attaching it with screws (S).

Figure Base Assembly

Assemble the decorative figure base. Attach the base components (labeled 'R' and 'B') and then place the figure (labeled 'F') onto the designated spot on the base.

Page 13 illustrates the assembly of the figure base components (R, B) and placement of the figure (F).

Connection Guide

For motherboards without JAF connector:

Page 14 shows the connection layout for motherboards without a JAF connector, labeling PUMP_FAN, ARGB_V2, and CPU_FAN headers.

For motherboards with JAF connector:

Page 15 shows the connection layout for motherboards with a JAF connector, labeling PUMP_FAN and JAF headers.

Note:
  • It is recommended to set the fan/pump speed duty to greater than 20%.
  • This product uses ARGB GEN2 LEDs and supports Intel 800 and AMD 800 series JAF_2 or JAF_1 motherboards, compatible with Mystic Light.

It may cause interference if not installed correctly. Users are advised to reorient/relocate the antenna, increase separation, or use a different circuit to resolve interference.

Note on Modifications: Changes not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance may void the user's authority to operate the equipment. Shielded interface cables and AC power cords are recommended.

KC Certification: Includes KC certification details for Korea (R-R-MSI-MS-7ZW9).

Chemical Substances Information: MSI provides information on chemical substances in compliance with EU REACH Regulation (EC No. 1907/2006) at https://csr.msi.com/global/index.

WEEE Statement (European Union): This product must not be discarded as municipal waste. It should be handed over to a designated collection point for recycling. Contact local authorities for disposal information.

Japan JIS C 0950 Material Declaration: Information on restricted substances in electrical and electronic equipment sold after July 1, 2006, available at https://csr.msi.com/tw/Japan-JIS-C-0950-Material-Declarations.

India RoHS: Complies with India E-waste Rule 2011, prohibiting certain substances above specified limits (0.1% for lead, mercury, etc.; 0.01% for cadmium), with exemptions.

Türkiye EEE Yönetmeliği: Complies with Turkish EEE regulations.

Ukraine: Equipment complies with technical regulations on restricting hazardous substances.

Viet Nam RoHS: Products manufactured by MSI comply with Circular No. 30/2011/TT-BCT regarding limits of hazardous substances.

Material Content Declaration: Tables on pages 17-18 detail the presence of restricted substances like Lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg), Cadmium (Cd), Hexavalent Chromium (Cr(VI)), Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBB), and Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE) in various components. '○' indicates compliance with limits, 'X' indicates exceeding limits in some homogeneous materials but compliance overall, and '—' indicates an exclusion item.

Pages 17-18 contain detailed tables and statements regarding chemical compliance and material declarations in multiple languages.

Warning and Specifications

Warning:
  • The end system must provide a built-in component, suitable enclosure, and supply connection.
  • Installation must comply with EN IEC 62368-1:2020+A11:2020.
  • The component must connect to a DC source with double or reinforced insulation from the AC mains.
  • The Liquid Cooling is not intended for repair by service personnel.
  • Avoid dripping, splashing, and placing liquid-filled objects on the apparatus.
  • Dispose of the product responsibly at an authorized recycling facility for electrical and electronic appliances to conserve natural resources.
