Intel LGA 2066 / 2011 CPU Installation

Step 1: Mount the Bracket to Motherboard

Screw standoffs (N) into the motherboard's CPU mounting holes. Attach the Intel mounting bracket (C) to the pump unit (A). Place the pump unit assembly onto the CPU.

Step 2: Secure the Pump Unit

Apply thermal paste (S) to the CPU surface. Align the pump unit's bracket (C) with the standoffs (N). Secure the pump unit by screwing screws (O) through the bracket into the standoffs. Tighten screws in a cross pattern (1-3-2-4) for even pressure.

Intel LGA 1156 / 1155 / 1151 / 1150 / 1200 CPU Installation

Step 1: Mount the Bracket to Motherboard

For LGA 1156/1155/1151/1150/1200 sockets: Screw standoffs (K) into the motherboard's CPU mounting holes. Attach the Intel mounting bracket (E) to the pump unit (A). Place the pump unit assembly onto the CPU.

Step 2: Secure the Pump Unit

Apply thermal paste (S) to the CPU surface. Align the pump unit's bracket (E) with the standoffs (K). Secure the pump unit by screwing screws (M) through the bracket into the standoffs. Tighten screws in a cross pattern (1-3-2-4) for even pressure.

Intel LGA 1366 CPU Installation

Step 1: Mount the Bracket to Motherboard

Screw standoffs (N) into the motherboard's CPU mounting holes. Attach the Intel mounting bracket (C) to the pump unit (A). Place the pump unit assembly onto the CPU.

Step 2: Secure the Pump Unit

Apply thermal paste (S) to the CPU surface. Align the pump unit's bracket (C) with the standoffs (N). Secure the pump unit by screwing screws (L) through the bracket into the standoffs. Tighten screws in a cross pattern (1-3-2-4) for even pressure.

Intel LGA 1700 CPU Installation

Step 1: Mount the Bracket to Motherboard

Screw standoffs (L) into the motherboard's LGA 1700 mounting holes. Attach the Intel LGA 1700 mounting bracket (F) to the pump unit (A). Place the pump unit assembly onto the CPU.

Step 2: Secure the Pump Unit

Apply thermal paste (S) to the CPU surface. Align the pump unit's bracket (F) with the standoffs (L). Secure the pump unit by screwing screws (P) through the bracket into the standoffs. Tighten screws in a cross pattern (1-3-2-4) for even pressure.

AMD AM5 / AM4 / AM3 CPU Installation

Step 1: Mount the Bracket to Motherboard

Utilize the AMD stock backplate (pre-installed on the motherboard). Screw standoffs (L) into the motherboard's CPU mounting holes, passing through the backplate. Attach the AMD mounting bracket (D) to the pump unit (A). Place the pump unit assembly onto the CPU.

Step 2: Secure the Pump Unit

Apply thermal paste (S) to the CPU surface. Align the pump unit's bracket (D) with the standoffs (L). Secure the pump unit by using AMD mounting clips (J) to attach the pump unit to the bracket. The diagram shows a cross pattern for securing the clips.

AMD SocketTR4 / sTRX4 / SP3 (360) CPU Installation

Step 1: Mount the Bracket to Motherboard

Utilize the AMD stock backplate. Screw standoffs (N) into the motherboard's CPU mounting holes. Attach the AMD mounting bracket (E) to the pump unit (A). Place the pump unit assembly onto the CPU.

Step 2: Secure the Pump Unit

Apply thermal paste (S) to the CPU surface. Align the pump unit's bracket (E) with the standoffs (N). Secure the pump unit by screwing screws (L) through the bracket into the standoffs. Tighten screws in a cross pattern (1-3-2-4) for even pressure.

Connecting Fans and Power

Connect the radiator fans to the motherboard or a fan controller using the provided fan splitter cables (T for 240/280mm, U/V for 360mm). Connect the pump unit to the CPU_FAN header on the motherboard using the provided cable (R).
