Installation
Follow the diagrams for specific CPU socket installations:
Intel LGA 2066 / 2011 CPU
Installation involves attaching the cooler unit (A) to the motherboard using mounting bracket (C), standoffs (M), and screws. Thermal paste (Q) is applied to the CPU. A rotating indicator on bracket C suggests a locking mechanism.
Intel LGA 1366 / 1156 / 1155 / 1151 / 1150 / 1200 CPU
For these Intel sockets, use mounting bracket (F), standoffs (J), and screws (M) to attach the cooler unit (A). Bracket (C) is also used. Thermal paste (Q) is applied to the CPU. Different configurations for LGA 1366 and LGA 115x/1200 are indicated.
Intel LGA 1700 CPU
For Intel LGA 1700 installation, use the backplate (E), specific standoffs (N), and screws (M) to mount the cooler unit (A). Thermal paste (Q) is applied. Bracket (C) is also shown.
AMD AM5 / AM4 / AM3 CPU
For AMD sockets, utilize the motherboard's stock backplate, mounting bracket (D), thermal paste (Q), and screws (I) to secure the cooler unit (A).
Fan Attachment
Attach the fans (B) to the radiator unit (A) using screws (G). Screws (H) are also provided for fan-to-radiator mounting.
Connection
Connect the cooler components to your system:
- Connect the pump fan cable from the cooler unit (A) to the motherboard's 'PUMP_FAN' header.
- Connect the SATA power cable from the power supply to the cooler's power input.
- Connect the CPU fan cable (using splitter R if applicable) to the motherboard's 'CPU_FAN' header.
