Singtel reserves the right to withdraw or amend offers without prior notice. Offers are not transferable and are valid only to the targeted person. Home Line

Installation and Charges
Free Router Installation
Weekday installation (worth $91.68) is waived for new sign-ups. Weekend router installation (worth $147.71) is chargeable. Free weekday installation applies only to standard Singtel-issued equipment. Rescheduling an installation appointment due to customer absence will incur the full installation charge ($91.68 for weekday, $147.71 for weekend). Customers purchasing third-party routers from Singtel must self-collect them at +Serv after successful fibre service installation.
Fibre Termination Point (FTP) Installation & Service Activation Charge
NetLink Trust Fibre Termination Point installation fee of $163.50 is waived for customers in high-rise buildings. A service activation charge of $61.04 (per port) applies from January 1, 2018, unless otherwise stated.

Free 1 month Security Suite Triple Protect & Qustodio Parental Control Pass
Security Suite Triple Protect: Promotion is valid for existing or new Singtel Broadband Customers, but not for existing Security Suite Plus subscribers. Prevailing monthly charges apply after the promotion. Can be downloaded and installed on up to twenty (20) devices per subscription. Use of the service implies acceptance of McAfee's terms of use, available on McAfee's website.
Qustodio Parental Control Pass: Promotion is valid for existing or new Singtel Broadband Customers, but not for existing Qustodio subscribers. Prevailing monthly charges for Qustodio (5 or 10 devices) apply after the promotion. Qustodio can be downloaded and installed on a maximum of 5 or 10 devices, depending on the license. Free 3 months Microsoft 365 Personal
Promotion is applicable per Broadband sign-up. Customers will be billed $15.49/month for Personal editions after the promotion period. Customers have up to 3 months to download and activate their subscription upon receiving confirmation SMS or email. Service is charged regardless of activation. AI features are available to the subscription owner only, with usage limits.
Free 4G Mobile Broadband Plan (500MB)
A 24-month contract applies. Applicable only for new Fibre Home Bundle customers. Excess local data usage after 500MB is chargeable at $10.90/GB. Singtel reserves the right to amend or withdraw terms without prior notice.
Free 3 months Microsoft 365
Promotion is applicable per Broadband sign-up. Customers will be billed $15.49/month for Personal editions after the promotion period. Amazon Prime Membership subscribers enter into a contract with Amazon Asia-Pacific Holdings Private Limited. Subscribers receive the membership courtesy of Singtel for the promotional period at a SGD $4.99/month value. After the promotion, subscribers will be charged SGD $4.99/month on their Singtel bill. Eligible Fibre Broadband customers (24 mths contract term) who subscribed to the plans above and received a redemption text are eligible for Disney+ Premium. An activation text will be sent for the applicable Promotional Period. After expiry, a monthly subscription fee of S$18.98 applies and will be charged to the Singtel bill.
