Singtel offers a range of Fibre Broadband plans designed to meet various household needs, providing high-speed internet connectivity. Typical Local Download Speed Ranges

The typical download speed range is computed to reflect that at least 90% of the time, a user should experience the lower bound speed or higher. Results were validated in January - March 2022.

1Gbps Fibre Plan: 849.69Mbps – 969.29Mbps
2Gbps Fibre Plan*: 1444.72Mbps – 1858.54Mbps
10Gbps Fibre Plan: 1903.03Mbps - 8224.37Mbps

*Note: The 2Gbps Fibre Home Bundle allows for a maximum throughput of 1Gbps per LAN network port, and an aggregated maximum throughput of 2Gbps per household based on two concurrent download connections. Speed testing on any individual LAN port will show a maximum throughput of 1Gbps.

Fibre Broadband Plan Features

All Fibre Broadband plans typically require a 24-month contract.
A registration fee of $54 for Fibre Home Bundle is waived for new sign-ups.
New fibre bundles include a FREE Wireless Dual-band AC Access Point and a home line.
Monthly discounts from previous contracts are removed upon termination or re-contracting.

Installation & Activation

Free Fibre Termination Point (FTP) Installation: The NetLink Trust FTP installation fee of $162 is waived for customers in high-rise buildings. Customers in landed properties will pay a balance of $129.60. A service activation charge of $57.24 (per port) applies from 1 January 2018 onwards.
Free Weekday Wireless Dual-band AC Access Point Installation: Installation worth $90.84 is free for new sign-ups on weekdays. Weekend installation is $146.35. Rescheduling due to customer absence incurs the full installation fee.

Free 4G Mobile Broadband Plan (500MB): Available with a 24-month contract for new Fibre Home Bundle customers. Excess local data usage is charged at $10.80/GB.
Broadband Protect: Offers protection for customers, though no security solution is 100% guaranteed.
Free 1-month Security Suite Triple Protect & Parental Control Pass: Applicable per broadband sign-up.
Free 1-month WTFast Gamers Private Network: For existing or new Singtel Broadband Customers.
Free 3-months Microsoft 365: Applicable per broadband sign-up.
