PAIN MANAGEMENT WARNINGS

Precautions Regarding the Pads

How Does It Work?

Scientific theory suggests that electrical stimulation therapy may work in several ways:

  1. The gentle electrical pulse moves through the skin to nerves, blocking or shutting out pain messages from the source to the brain.
  2. The gentle electrical pulse increases the production of the body's natural painkillers, such as endorphins.
  3. Electrical stimulation is thought to improve blood circulation.

Muscles contract and relax with the electrical stimulation. This repeated contracting and relaxing improves blood flow and circulation.

Operating Instructions - How to Use

  1. Clean your skin before use. Use pads on clean, flat areas, free of sweat and oil.
  2. Attach one or two pairs of electrode pads to the massager area (e.g., shoulder, leg). Note: Adding a few drops of water on the pads and drying them naturally will increase their longevity. Ensure both pads are on the skin and not overlapping.
  3. Connect electrode pads to lead wires: plug one pair into the left output of the device, and the other pair into the right output.
  4. Turn on the device using the on/off switch on top.
  5. Press the 'A' button to choose Channel A.
  6. Press the 'M' button to try different modes and '+/-' to adjust intensity. Press 'B' to choose Channel B and select your preferred mode and intensity. (Modes on Channel A can differ from Channel B). Note: Strength defaults to the lowest setting for each mode selection.
  7. Recommended application is 10-60 minutes. Increase time by 10-minute increments using the 'T' button. The timer counts down automatically and the unit turns off when finished.
  8. Press and hold the center button for 3 seconds to lock the screen; press again for 3 seconds to unlock.

After Use

  1. Turn off the device using the on/off switch.
  2. Remove lead wire pins from electrode connectors by gently twisting and pulling.
  3. Lift a corner of the electrode and slowly peel it away. Avoid touching the gel as much as possible. Do not peel the electrode off by the wire.
  4. Remove electrodes back to the storage bag and reseal tightly to prevent drying. Store at room or cool temperature, away from direct sunlight.

Recommended Massage Points

Illustrations show recommended placement of electrode pads on various body parts, including the back, shoulder, arm, leg, abdomen, and chest, indicating common areas for TENS therapy application.

TENS Pads Holder

Features

High quality ABS material for safe use.

Wide compatibility for patches in different sizes.

The shape is designed to lessen damage to the patches.

Instruction

Step 1

Stick the electrode patches on the holder to avoid getting dust.

Maintenance and Care

  1. When finished, turn off the device, remove pads, and store the unit in a cool, dry place.
  2. After use, cover pads with protective film, return to zip lock bags. Applying a few drops of water before and after use increases pad longevity. Alternatively, stick electrode patches on the holder and wind the thread.
  3. Charge the unit at least every 3 months if not used regularly. Can use wall charger or computer USB cable.

Warning:

  1. The stimulator has no output when charging. Remove electrode pads from body before charging.
  2. Charge only with the provided AC adaptor (Model: GDP06AV-0500550-UL, manufacturer: Shenzhen Guandexin Technology Co., Ltd).
