Safety Precautions and Warnings
DO NOT USE THIS UNIT UNDER THESE CONDITIONS
Consult with your physician before using this unit. The unit may cause lethal rhythm disturbances in certain susceptible individuals. If you have had a recent surgical procedure, the stimulation may disrupt the healing process.
Before using your unit, inspect these things:
- Cord is not broken.
- Pad gel is not damaged.
- Electrode cord connection is not broken.
- Unit is intact and working.
- There is no battery leakage.
DO NOT USE ON THESE INDIVIDUALS
- Pregnant women
- Children or infants (device not evaluated for pediatric use)
- Young children (electrode cord could cause strangulation)
- Persons incapable of expressing their thoughts or intentions.
- Persons incapable of operating the unit by themselves.
- Individuals with a tendency to bleed internally, such as following an injury or fracture.
- Individuals with suspected or diagnosed heart disease (follow physician recommendations).
- Individuals with suspected or diagnosed epilepsy (follow physician recommendations).
- Use caution if stimulation is applied over the menstruating uterus.
NEVER APPLY THE PADS TO THESE BODY AREAS:
- The head, mouth, or any area of the face.
- The neck or throat (can cause severe muscle spasms, airway closure, breathing difficulty, or adverse effects on heart rhythm or blood pressure).
- Near the heart, or on the genital area.
- Both sides of the thorax simultaneously (lateral or front and back), or across the chest (can cause lethal rhythm disturbances).
- On the calves of both legs at the same time (may cause cardiac disturbance).
- On the bottom of both feet at the same time (may cause cardiac disturbance).
- Open wounds, rashes, swollen, red, infected, or inflamed areas, skin eruptions (e.g., varicose veins, phlebitis, thrombophlebitis, thrombosis).
- On or close to cancerous lesions.
- Areas of skin that lack normal sensation.
DO NOT USE THIS UNIT DURING THESE ACTIVITIES
- When in bath or shower.
- While sleeping.
- While driving, operating machinery, or during any activity where electrical stimulation could cause injury.
PAIN MANAGEMENT WARNINGS
- Consult your physician before using this unit if you have had medical or physical treatment for your pain.
- If your pain does not improve, becomes serious chronic or severe, or continues for more than five years, stop using the unit and consult your physician.
- Pain can be a warning sign; consult your physician for any serious illness to confirm the advisability of using this Power Relief unit.
Precautions Regarding the Pads
- Do not move pads to another location while the unit is on.
- Therapy requires two pads; MUST USE TWO PADS at the same time.
- Ensure components are connected well and pads are fixed on the treatment area for effective therapy.
- Pads should not touch metal objects (e.g., belt buckle, necklace) worn under clothing.
- Do not overlap pads; it may weaken or stop therapy. Gel pads may stick together, causing gel removal when separating.
- Do not share pads; this may cause skin irritation or infection. Pads are for single-person use.
- Do not leave pads attached to the skin after treatment.
- Do not bend or fold pads as the gel may get damaged and lose adhesion/function.
- To avoid damage to the adhesive surface, place pads on skin or the provided plastic pad holder.
- Always place clean pads according to provided illustrations.
- Do not apply ointment or solvent to pads or skin, as it will disrupt pad function. Self-adhesive pads adhere to skin.
How Does It Work?
Scientific theory suggests that electrical stimulation therapy may work in several ways:
- The gentle electrical pulse moves through the skin to nerves, blocking or shutting out pain messages from the source to the brain.
- The gentle electrical pulse increases the production of the body's natural painkillers, such as endorphins.
- Electrical stimulation is thought to improve blood circulation.
Muscles contract and relax with the electrical stimulation. This repeated contracting and relaxing improves blood flow and circulation.
Operating Instructions - How to Use
- Clean your skin before use. Use pads on clean, flat areas, free of sweat and oil.
- Attach one or two pairs of electrode pads to the massager area (e.g., shoulder, leg). Note: Adding a few drops of water on the pads and drying them naturally will increase their longevity. Ensure both pads are on the skin and not overlapping.
- Connect electrode pads to lead wires: plug one pair into the left output of the device, and the other pair into the right output.
- Turn on the device using the on/off switch on top.
- Press the 'A' button to choose Channel A.
- Press the 'M' button to try different modes and '+/-' to adjust intensity. Press 'B' to choose Channel B and select your preferred mode and intensity. (Modes on Channel A can differ from Channel B). Note: Strength defaults to the lowest setting for each mode selection.
- Recommended application is 10-60 minutes. Increase time by 10-minute increments using the 'T' button. The timer counts down automatically and the unit turns off when finished.
- Press and hold the center button for 3 seconds to lock the screen; press again for 3 seconds to unlock.
After Use
- Turn off the device using the on/off switch.
- Remove lead wire pins from electrode connectors by gently twisting and pulling.
- Lift a corner of the electrode and slowly peel it away. Avoid touching the gel as much as possible. Do not peel the electrode off by the wire.
- Remove electrodes back to the storage bag and reseal tightly to prevent drying. Store at room or cool temperature, away from direct sunlight.

Trouble Shooting
Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
---|---|---|
One pad feels stronger than the other | This is normal. Different area of your body will react differently | Nothing needs to be done. Make sure the pads are moist and making good contact. |
The skin turns red or the skin feels irritated | The adhesive surface of the pads is dirty or dry | Wash adhesive the surface of pads gently with your fingertips for about 3 seconds under slow running water |
The therapy time is too long or the intensity is set too high | Reduce the application time or reduce the intensity | |
The electrode pad surface is worn out | Replace electrode pad | |
The intensity is not felt with a very weak intensity level | Pads are not attached to the body firmly | Attach both pads firmly to the skin |
The transparent films are still stuck to the pads | Peel off film on the adhesive surface of pads | |
The pads stack together or overlap | Do not stack pads together or overlap pads | |
The cord is not properly connected to the unit | Connect cord correctly into the jack | |
The intensity of the setting is getting weak | Increase the intensity level | |
The battery capacity is low | Charge the battery | |
No power source; no display on LCD. | The battery capacity is depleted | Charge the battery |
It is difficult to attach the pad to the skin | Have you remove the transparent film from the pad? | Peel off film on the adhesive surface of pads |
Was the pad applied immediately after washing? | Dry the pad | |
Is the adhesive on the surface of the pad damaged? | Replace the pad | |
Power cuts off during use | The battery is weak | Charge the battery |
The cord is broken | Replace the cord | |
Adhesive on the surface of a pads not sticky | Pads get deteriorative | Contact the vendor for replacements |

Maintenance and Care
- When finished, turn off the device, remove pads, and store the unit in a cool, dry place.
- After use, cover pads with protective film, return to zip lock bags. Applying a few drops of water before and after use increases pad longevity. Alternatively, stick electrode patches on the holder and wind the thread.
- Charge the unit at least every 3 months if not used regularly. Can use wall charger or computer USB cable.
Warning:
- The stimulator has no output when charging. Remove electrode pads from body before charging.
- Charge only with the provided AC adaptor (Model: GDP06AV-0500550-UL, manufacturer: Shenzhen Guandexin Technology Co., Ltd).
