1. Introduction
Foreword
The AS1080 is a TENS machine with two output channels, highly effective for pain relief. Its various programs adapt to different body parts and pain types. TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) is recognized as a safe and effective method for pain relief. TENS is now regularly recommended by doctors, pharmacists, and physiotherapists worldwide. Please read all instructions in this user manual carefully and keep it for future reference. Due to its portable design, the device's use is no longer limited by time or space. It is a great partner for daily health care.
How TENS Works
Scientific theory suggests that electrical stimulation therapy can work in several ways:
- Mild electrical impulses travel through the skin to nearby nerves, blocking or preventing pain signals from reaching the brain from the source of pain.
- Mild electrical impulses increase the body's natural painkiller production.
- It is also believed that electrical stimulation improves blood circulation. With the flow of electrical stimulation, repeated contractions and relaxations move blood in and out, improving circulation.
Intended Uses
The intended uses are as follows:
- Temporary relief of pain associated with wounds.
- Sore muscles in the shoulders, kidneys, back, neck, upper limbs (arms).
- Lower limbs (legs) due to exercise strain.
- Lower limbs (legs) due to normal household activities.

8. Operating Procedures
- Connect the electrodes to the wire by snapping them on, then remove the protective film. Note: Adding a few drops of water to the electrodes will increase their longevity.
- Place the electrodes where massage sensations are desired. Connect to one of the device's ports. For additional relief, use the second port and repeat the procedure to attach two more electrodes. Ensure both electrodes are on the skin and do not overlap. Make sure your skin is free of dirt, oil, or lotion.
- Turn on the device by sliding the on/off switch located on the top of the device. The device will activate.
- Press the mode button to try different modes. Then press the central button to select the wave patterns within that selection. Remember that the intensity will default to the lowest setting for each mode selection. Note: The central button can also be used for locking. Press and hold for 3 seconds to lock the screen, and press again for 3 seconds to unlock the screen.
- Once you select a mode, you can gradually increase the intensity by pressing the '+' button; and decrease it by pressing the '-' button.
- The recommended application time is 10 to 60 minutes. Increase by 10 minutes for each setting. The remaining time counts down automatically. The device will then turn off automatically after the time is up.
9. After Use
- Turn off the device by sliding the on/off switch on the top of the device.
- Remove the output wire pin from the electrode connector by gently twisting and pulling.
- Lift a corner of the electrode and peel it off slowly. Avoid touching the gel as much as possible. DO NOT peel the electrode off by the wire.
- Remove and reinsert the electrodes into the storage bag after use. Close the bag tightly to prevent drying. Store at ambient or cool temperature, away from direct sunlight.
Notes:
- Never connect this product to headphones.
- Do not touch the USB port during use. The USB port is only used for connecting the charger; do not connect other devices.
- The charger must comply with IEC/EN 60601-1 standard; using an unauthorized charger may degrade the minimum safety.
Attention:
- The stimulator has no output while charging. You must remove the electrodes from your body before charging the stimulator.

14. Maintenance and Storage
- Unplug the output wire from the controller's output port after use.
- Cover the electrodes with the protective film before storing them.
- Never fold the massage electrodes.
- To keep the controller clean, use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust or a soft, damp cloth for dirt and stains. Do not use any cleaning solutions to clean the controller and electrodes.
- Never apply electrodes to a surface other than your skin. If electrodes become dirty, their adhesive power may decrease. In this case, moisten the electrode surface with water and wipe the dirty part. This will allow for temporary restoration of adhesive power. However, too much water will cause a loss of adhesive power.
- Do not use or store the devices near magnetic fields or electrical waves (near a TV or speakers).
- Do not place the devices in areas of high temperature, high humidity, or direct sunlight.
- Keep the device out of reach of children.
- All used accessories must be disposed of in accordance with regulations.
- Do not immerse the device in water or any other liquid. Do not drop the device or throw it from a height.
- After using the device, please remove the electrode and reapply the protective film. Always use the protective film when the electrode is not in use.
- Cleaning
- Machine washing and soaking are FORBIDDEN.
- Do not wash the belt in fabric softener as it may damage the belt.
- Do not dry clean.
- Do not use bleach.
- Clean accessories with a slightly damp sponge with detergent and wipe with a cloth.
- Clean the device with a cloth dampened with disinfectant (Mercryl type) diluted in water at 1/10.
- Clean electrodes with a hypoallergenic water/detergent mixture, then rinse thoroughly.
- Keep the device and electrodes clean.
