Samsung Galaxy Watch8 and Watch8 Classic Promotion: Get 300 PLN Back on a Card

Definitions

Key terms used in this Regulation are defined as follows:

• Organizer: Samsung Electronics Polska sp. z o.o., located in Warsaw, Poland.
• SSCE: Samsung Electronics Romania S.R.L., assisting the Organizer in the promotion.
• Smolar: Smolar Agencja Promocyjno-Reklamowa sp. z o.o., assisting the Organizer in the promotion and handling complaint processes.
• Planet Pay: Planet Pay sp. z o.o., a licensed payment institution responsible for issuing and servicing cards.
• Point of Sale (POS): Also referred to as a Sales Partner or retail outlet (physical or online) belonging to specified entities.
• Product: Smartwatch models Samsung Galaxy Watch8 and Watch8 Classic. Product availability and retail price are determined by individual Sales Partners.
• Promotion: The campaign named "Choose Samsung Galaxy Watch8 or Watch8 Classic and get 300 PLN back on a card."
• Regulation: This document, which participants can access on the Promotion Website.
• Promotion Website: premierasmartwatch.samsung.pl
• Registration Period: From August 4, 2025, to August 31, 2025, 11:59 PM, via the promotional form.
• Purchase Period: From July 25, 2025, to August 10, 2025, 11:59 PM. This is the date and time of order submission to the online store server or purchase at a Point of Sale, as indicated on the proof of purchase.
• Participant/Client: An adult individual with full legal capacity who has purchased the Product from a Sales Partner under the terms of this Regulation, possesses a valid Polish ID card, has familiarized themselves with and accepted the terms of this Regulation, and meets all other specified conditions. Legal entities cannot be Participants.
• Cashback: A one-time bonus funded by the Organizer, credited to a Card, in the amount specified in § 5, section 1 of this Regulation. The Client can use the funds on the Card for transactions as per the Regulation, Card Agreement, and related documents.

General Provisions

The Promotion aims to promote the specified Products and encourage card payments using the Products. Participants who meet the conditions outlined in the Regulation will receive a Cashback.

The Promotion is conducted from July 25, 2025, to August 10, 2025.

Promotion Schedule:

• Product Purchase: As defined in § 1, section 11.
• Promotion Registration: As defined in § 1, section 10.
• Promotional Code: Issued after positive verification of the registration.
• Card Agreement: Can be concluded after receiving the Promotional Code.
• Complaints: Recommended to be submitted by November 14, 2025. Failure to meet this deadline does not affect statutory rights.
• Complaints regarding Cards, payments, withdrawals, and the Samsung Zwrot na Kartę Application: Handled according to the Card Agreement and the Samsung Zwrot na Kartę Mobile Application Regulations.

Eligibility Requirements:

To participate, Participants must:

• Purchase the Product from a Sales Partner during the Purchase Period.
• Have a Samsung Account.
• Complete the Promotional Form on the promotion website and accept the Regulation during the Registration Period.
• Successfully pass the KYC process in the Samsung Zwrot na Kartę Application.
• Conclude a Card Agreement with Planet Pay via the Samsung Zwrot na Kartę Application.
• Fulfill any other conditions specified in the Regulation.

Product Purchase

The price and sales terms for the Product are determined solely by the Sales Partner. Participants forfeit their right to participate and receive the Cashback if they exercise their statutory or contractual right to withdraw from the product purchase agreement. Participants who have registered and subsequently withdrawn from a purchase must notify the Organizer at galaxywatch@promo.smolar.pl.

Promotion Registration

Registration for the Promotion is done via the registration form on the website or the Samsung Zwrot na Kartę Application.

To register:

1. Log in or create a Samsung Account during the Registration Period.
2. Complete the Promotional Form by August 31, 2025, attaching proof of purchase and order details. After successful verification, enter the Activation Code in the Samsung Zwrot na Kartę Application by October 12, 2025, and accept the Promotion Regulation and Card Agreement. To finalize the Card Agreement, provide personal data and necessary declarations to Planet Pay. Inaccurate or incomplete data may lead to disqualification.
3. Mobile payments via Google Pay Wallet will be available 14 days after successful verification.

Participants without a Samsung Account must create one at https://account.samsung.com/, providing accurate personal information. Failure to do so may prevent participation.

Participants must provide truthful and complete information. If a Participant withdraws from the product purchase agreement, they must promptly inform the Organizer at galaxywatch@promo.smolar.pl and return any benefits received.

Smolar will verify the submitted information. Incomplete, incorrect, or non-compliant registrations, or those with unclear proof of purchase, will be disqualified.

Smolar may request additional verification, potentially requiring re-submission of the form or additional documents. Participants will be notified via email and must provide the requested information within 5 business days. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.

Smolar will verify submissions within 21 calendar days. The Organizer will request missing formal information only once. Participants will be notified of the outcome of re-verification within 7 business days.

Cashback

Eligible Participants will receive a Cashback as follows:

• Samsung Galaxy Watch8: 300 PLN
• Samsung Galaxy Watch8 Classic: 300 PLN

Providing inaccurate information may result in delayed or denied Card issuance. Participation is voluntary, and participants can withdraw at any time without cost. The cashback is considered a promotional prize and is exempt from income tax up to 2000 PLN, provided it does not relate to business activity.

Withdrawal to Client's Bank Account

In cases of Card expiry or termination of the Card Agreement, any unused funds on the Card will be transferred to the Client's bank account, as specified in § 6, section 1. To receive the withdrawal, Clients must provide their bank account details in the Samsung Zwrot na Kartę Application after 10 months of the Card Agreement. Planet Pay will process the withdrawal within 14 days from the expiry of one year from the Card Agreement date.

If a Participant fails the KYC process (due to diligent effort but rejection, or lack of required documents), and has submitted a complaint that is positively resolved, the Organizer will issue the Cashback amount to the Client's bank account. This may require Planet Pay to provide information, with the Client's explicit consent.

For withdrawals under these conditions, Clients must complete a form provided by Smolar and grant necessary consents. Payments will be processed within 21 days from the end of the Registration Period or from the positive resolution of the complaint.

Complaints and Questions

Participants have the right to obtain information about the Promotion and to submit complaints. Complaints should be directed to the Organizer and include identification details, justification, and proof of purchase. The recommended period for submitting complaints is by November 14, 2025. Complaints can be submitted via email to galaxywatch@promo.smolar.pl or in writing to Smolar Agencja Promocyjno-Reklamowa sp. z o.o., ul. Inżynierska, nr 15, 93-569 Łódź, with the promotion title.

For any questions or issues, contact galaxywatch@promo.smolar.pl. The Organizer will strive to facilitate participation.

Complaints will be processed and responded to within 14 days. The complaint period does not affect statutory rights. Participants can pursue their rights through civil courts.

Complaints Regarding Payment Transactions, Cards, Withdrawals, and the Samsung Zwrot na Kartę Application

Complaints related to card transactions, withdrawals, or the Samsung Zwrot na Kartę Application should be directed to Planet Pay, following the procedures outlined in the Card Agreement and the Application's Regulations.

Clients can submit complaints to Planet Pay via:

Personal Data Protection

The data controller for Participant personal data is Samsung Electronics Polska Sp. z o.o. Personal data is processed for the purposes of organizing and conducting the Promotion, handling complaints, fulfilling legal obligations (tax, accounting), and defending against potential claims. Marketing activities, including personalized offers and communications, are conducted based on legitimate interest or explicit consent.

Data may be shared with Samsung Group entities, service providers, and public authorities as required by law. Participants have rights regarding their data, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Data processing for marketing purposes requires explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

Samsung may transfer data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) with appropriate safeguards in place. Data processing by Planet Pay as an independent data controller is also involved.

Changes to the Regulation

The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulation due to reasons such as changes in law, court rulings, market conditions, or company information updates. Any changes will be announced on the Promotion Website and will not negatively affect rights already acquired by Participants.

Final Provisions

Participants are advised to regularly check their email and update their personal data. The Regulation will be available on the Promotion Website throughout the promotion period.
