Samsung Galaxy S24 FE Promotion: 1000 PLN Cashback
This document outlines the terms and conditions for the "Galaxy S24 FE Cashback 1000 PLN" promotion.
Definitions
- Activation of Product: Launching the Product with an active SIM card from a Polish telecommunications provider for at least 5 minutes and accepting the End-User License Agreement (EULA).
- Organizer: Samsung Electronics Polska Sp. z o.o., located in Warsaw, Poland.
- SSCE: Samsung Electronics Romania S.R.L., assisting the Organizer in promotion support.
- Smolar: Smolar Agencja Promocyjno-Reklamowa Sp. z o.o., assisting the Organizer in promotion support and complaint handling.
- Planet Pay: Planet Pay Sp. z o.o., a payment institution responsible for issuing and servicing the payment card.
- Point of Sale: Also referred to as a Sales Partner; a physical or online store belonging to a specific entity.
- Product: Samsung Galaxy S24 FE smartphone.
- Promotion: The "Galaxy S24 FE Cashback 1000 PLN" promotion.
- Regulations: This document.
- Promotion Website: s24fezwrot.samsung.pl.
- Product Activation Period: From July 2, 2025, to July 27, 2025, 23:59.
- Registration Period: July 7, 2025, to August 3, 2025, 23:59 (via promotional form) or July 7, 2025, to September 3, 2025, 23:59 (via Samsung Zwrot na Kartę application).
- Purchase Period: From July 2, 2025, to July 20, 2025, 23:59.
- Participant/Customer: An adult individual with full legal capacity who purchased the Product from a Sales Partner, accepted these Regulations, and met all specified conditions. Legal entities cannot participate.
- Cashback: A one-time monetary bonus of the amount specified in § 5, section 1, credited to the Card.
- Card: A virtual VISA payment card issued and serviced by Planet Pay, loaded with the Cashback amount.
- Card Agreement: An agreement between the Customer and Planet Pay for card issuance.
- Members Application: The Samsung Members mobile application used for promotion registration.
- Samsung Zwrot na Kartę Application: A mobile application provided by Planet Pay for KYC process and card tokenization.
- KYC Process: "Know Your Customer" procedures conducted by Planet Pay to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
- Google Wallet: A digital wallet application for mobile payments via Google Pay.
- Promotional Form: An online form within the Samsung Members application to obtain a promotional code.
- Cashback Form: A form within the Samsung Zwrot na Kartę application to receive the Cashback.
- Promotional Code: An individual code received via email after successful verification, used to complete the Cashback Form.
General Provisions
The promotion aims to promote Samsung products and card payments. Participants who meet the specified conditions will receive a Cashback on their Card. The promotion is valid in Poland.
- Promotion Period: July 2, 2025, to July 20, 2025 (Purchase Period).
- Promotion Schedule: Includes periods for Product Purchase, Product Activation, and Registration. Promotional codes are issued within 21 days of successful registration verification. Card Agreements can be made after receiving the promotional code. Complaints should be submitted by October 17, 2025.
- Eligibility Requirements: Purchase the Product during the Purchase Period, have a Samsung Account, activate the Product, complete the Promotional Form, pass the KYC process, sign the Card Agreement, and meet other regulatory conditions.
Product Purchase
The Product must be purchased from a Sales Partner. The Organizer is not responsible for any issues arising from the purchase itself. Withdrawal from the sales agreement may result in forfeiture of promotion participation.
Registration for the Promotion
Participation requires registration via the Samsung Members and Samsung Zwrot na Kartę applications. This involves activating the Product, logging into Samsung Members, filling out the Promotional Form with proof of purchase, and entering the Promotional Code in the Samsung Zwrot na Kartę application. Providing inaccurate information may lead to disqualification.
Cashback
Eligible participants will receive a 1000 PLN cashback on their Card. The Card is valid for 11 months. Unused funds on the Card will be transferred to the customer's bank account after 10 months, subject to specific conditions.
In cases where the KYC process is not passed, the Organizer will issue the cashback amount to the customer's bank account, provided specific conditions and complaint procedures are followed.
Payment to Bank Account
If the Card expires or the Card Agreement is terminated, any unused funds on the Card will be transferred to the customer's bank account. This transfer occurs 10 months after the Card Agreement is concluded, with the customer needing to provide their bank account details via the Samsung Zwrot na Kartę application.
Complaints and Inquiries
Participants can submit complaints and inquiries to the Organizer via email or mail. Complaints should include identification details, justification, and proof of purchase. The Organizer recommends submitting complaints by October 17, 2025.
Complaints related to payment transactions, Cards, or the Samsung Zwrot na Kartę application should be directed to Planet Pay.
Personal Data Protection
Samsung Electronics Polska Sp. z o.o. is the data controller. Personal data is processed for promotion organization, complaint handling, legal obligations, and marketing purposes. Data may be shared with affiliated companies, service providers, and public authorities as required by law. Participants have rights regarding their data, including access, rectification, and erasure, as outlined in the privacy policy.
Changes to Regulations
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Regulations under specific circumstances, such as changes in law or market conditions. Any changes will be announced on the Promotion Website.
Final Provisions
Participants are advised to regularly check their email for updates and to ensure their personal data is current. The Regulations will be available on the Promotion Website throughout the promotion period.
