IKEA HÅLLBAR Pull-Out Frame Assembly Instructions
This document provides instructions for assembling the IKEA HÅLLBAR pull-out frame, designed for waste sorting solutions.

- 1x Main Frame (Part AA-2160674)
- 4x Washer (Part 100831)
- 6x Screw (Part 109598)
- 4x Screw (Part 100408)
- 4x Dowel/Pin (Part 100646)
Key dimensions indicated in diagrams: 85 mm, 145 mm, 256 mm, 21 mm, 80 mm.
Tools Required
- Screwdriver with Phillips head [✔️]
- Screwdriver with flat head [❌]
Assembly Steps
The assembly process is illustrated with diagrams. The following steps describe the actions shown:
Step 1: Attach Base Plate
Secure a base plate to the bottom of the cabinet using 4x screws (Part 100408). This step is shown for both METOD SEKTION and ENHET cabinet types.
Step 2: Install Drawer Slides
Mount the drawer slides onto the inner sides of the cabinet. Use 4x screws (Part 109598) for each slide. This is illustrated for both METOD SEKTION and ENHET cabinet types.
Step 3: Attach Frame to Slides
Connect the pull-out frame to the previously installed drawer slides. Secure each connection with 2x screws (Part 109598). This is shown for both METOD SEKTION and ENHET cabinet types.
Step 4: Insert Frame
Carefully insert the assembled frame into the cabinet. It should lock into place with an audible click [?].
Step 5: Place Bins
Position the waste sorting bins within the pull-out frame.
Final Check
Verify that all components are securely fastened and the frame operates smoothly.
