How to Benefit from the Offer
To claim your reimbursement, follow these steps:
- Purchase: Between September 4 and September 30, 2025, buy an eligible OPPO Reno Series 14 smartphone from one of the participating retailers.
- Register Online: Visit https://offres-oppo.fr/ within 30 days of your purchase, and no later than October 30, 2025, to register.

Submit Documents: Complete the registration form and upload the following required documents:
- A photo of your proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) showing the date, price, and reference of the purchased product.
- For online purchases: a copy of the order confirmation email.
- A photo of the 13-digit barcode, cut from the product's packaging box. (Photos of uncut barcodes will not be accepted).
- The IMEI code of the OPPO smartphone you used before your purchase (if applicable and eligible for bonus). This 15-digit code can be found on the label or in the phone's settings.
- A valid IBAN for a bank account domiciled in mainland France (including Corsica) and DOM-TOM.
Validate your pre-registration; you will receive a confirmation email, which you should keep.
- Receive Reimbursement: Within 4 to 6 weeks following the validation of your submission (after receiving the conformity email), you will receive your reimbursement via bank transfer to the IBAN provided during pre-registration.

- Participation requests must be made within 30 working days after purchase, with the invoice date as proof.

- Reimbursement will be processed within 4 to 6 weeks following the processing of a complete and compliant request.
