- Do not charge the battery for more than 12 hours.
- The power adapter should be placed in an easily accessible location.

- Do not remove the back cover.
- Do not disassemble or modify the battery, as this may cause leakage, overheating, explosion, or fire.
- Avoid exposing the phone or battery to direct sunlight or heat sources to prevent overheating and potential explosion.
- Do not use the device in environments with excessive dust, smoke, humidity, dirt, or near magnetic fields to prevent damage to components or internal wiring.
- If any part of the product is cracked or damaged, stop using it immediately and contact an OPPO Service Center.

- Turn off the device in any environment with explosion risks and follow all signs and instructions.

Warranty Information
Thank you for choosing an OPPO mobile phone. OPPO provides comprehensive warranty service in accordance with applicable national laws.
I. Warranty Terms
- Service Period: 12 months from the date of purchase for performance failures under normal use. Accessories (charger, data cable, earphones) have a 6-month warranty. The battery (including internal battery) has a 12-month warranty.
- Proof of Purchase: Please complete the warranty card accurately and obtain a valid invoice from the dealer. Keep both documents safe.
- Valid Invoice Requirements: The invoice must include the mobile phone's serial number, accessory batch number, product model, date of sale, seller's stamp, and price.
- Lost Documents: If you lose the valid invoice and warranty card, and cannot provide a copy, warranty service will be provided for 12 months starting from 90 days after the manufacturing date of your mobile phone.
- This warranty does not cover other items such as user manuals or warranty cards.
- This warranty is valid only for products sold in the country of purchase. OPPO reserves the right of final interpretation of the warranty policy.
II. Warranty Instructions and Conditions
Your warranty is valid only under conditions of proper use. The following situations, including human-induced damage, will void the warranty, though repairs may be available at your own expense:
- A. The warranty period has expired.
- B. Damage caused by human factors, including use in an improper working environment or failure to follow user instructions.
- C. The device has been disassembled, repaired, or modified by the user or by a repair shop not part of OPPO's approved repair network without company authorization.
- D. Damage caused by force majeure events (e.g., floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning).
- E. The user cannot provide the warranty card and valid proof of purchase, or the product model and barcode are missing or altered.
- F. Normal wear and tear of the product (e.g., casing, keyboard, screen, antenna, and other accessories).
- G. Errors, damage, or defects not caused by the company.
- H. Labels containing barcodes and warranty data are damaged and illegible.
III. Device Submission for Repair and Return
- 1. When submitting your device for repair, accurately fill out the repair form with your name, address, phone number, and a description of the fault.
- 2. Collect your mobile phone after repair by presenting the completed repair form. If the form is lost, you must follow the loss reporting procedure with valid personal identification to retrieve your device.
- 3. Data Backup: Before sending your device for repair, back up all information and data stored on your mobile phone (e.g., phone numbers, text messages, photos). Delete this data to prevent loss or damage during testing and verification. OPPO Customer Service and its personnel are not liable for any loss, damage, or leakage of your information and data, nor are they obligated to recover or restore it. Ensure that the data you back up is legal. OPPO respects your privacy and will not transfer, back up, or check your data unless necessary for service provision. OPPO reserves the right to refuse service if the device contains illegal content.
