- Operating & Storage Temperatures: Suitable for operation between 0°C and 35°C. Storage should be between -20°C and 45°C. Extreme temperatures can damage the phone or reduce battery lifespan.
- Charging: Charge in a well-ventilated area between 5°C and 35°C. Fast charging may be affected by temperatures below 15°C or above 35°C. Do not charge the battery for more than 12 hours. Ensure the adapter is accessible.
- Accessories: Use only manufacturer-recommended chargers, cables, batteries, and accessories to prevent risks like electric shock, fire, or explosion.
Device and Battery Safety Precautions
- Do not remove the back cover.
- Do not disassemble or modify the battery; this can cause leakage, overheating, explosion, or fire.
- Avoid exposing the phone or battery to direct sunlight or heat sources to prevent overheating and potential explosion.
- Do not use the device in environments with excessive dust, smoke, humidity, dirt, or near magnetic fields to prevent component damage.
- If any part of the product is cracked or damaged, discontinue use immediately and contact an OPPO Service Center.
- Do not use the mobile device while driving.
- Turn off the device in environments with explosion risks and follow all safety signs and instructions.
- Batteries degrade over time with charging and discharging cycles.
- To prevent hearing damage, avoid listening at high volumes for prolonged periods.
- Software Updates: Personal information may be deleted during or after software updates. Back up your data before updating.

This device has been tested for body-worn operations, maintaining a 0.5cm distance between the phone's back and the body. To comply with RF exposure requirements, use accessories that maintain this distance. Avoid accessories with metal components. Using non-compliant accessories may not meet RF exposure requirements.

OPPO Mobile Warranty Information
I. Service Conditions
OPPO provides comprehensive warranty service according to national laws. In case of conflict, national policies prevail.
- Device Warranty: 12 months from purchase date for performance failures under normal use.
- Accessory Warranty: 6 months for charger, data cable, earphones. 12 months for the battery.
- Warranty Claim Requirements: A completed warranty card, an invoice including serial numbers, product model, date of sale, dealer stamp, and amount are required.
- Lost Documents: If the warranty card and invoice are lost, a 12-month warranty service will be provided starting 90 days from the manufacturing date, provided a photocopy can be presented.
- Exclusions: Warranty does not cover items like the user manual.
Note: Warranty is valid for products sold in the country of purchase. OPPO reserves the right to interpret and revise the warranty policy.
II. Warranty Exclusions and Conditions
The warranty is void under the following conditions, though repairs may be offered at cost:
- Warranty period expired.
- Human-induced damage, improper use, or failure to follow instructions.
- Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification, or repair at non-approved centers.
- Damage from force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters).
- Missing or altered warranty card, proof of purchase, or product identification (serial number, barcode).
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic damage to casing, screen).
- Defects not caused by the company.
- Damaged or illegible warranty labels.
III. Device Submission for Repair and Return
When submitting your device for repair:
- Complete the OPPO mobile phone repair form accurately with your name, address, phone number, and a description of the issue.
- Present the repair form for device retrieval. If lost, follow a lost report procedure with identification.
- Data Backup: Back up all personal data (contacts, messages, photos) before submission. OPPO Service Centers are not liable for data loss, damage, or leakage during service. Ensure all data is legal.

To safely and effectively use your phone:
