Display Use & Maintenance
Color LCD Display
The YL90T-H display is equipped with five buttons: power on/off, plus (+), minus (-), light, and toggle.
Powering On/Off: Long press the power button to turn the display on or off. When the display is off, it does not consume battery power, with leakage current less than 1µA. The display automatically shuts off after 10 minutes of inactivity.
Display Information: The display shows Current Speed (km/h) and Odometer (km) by default. Short press the power button to cycle through Odometer (km), Trip Odometer (km), Maximum Speed (km/h), and Average Speed (km/h).

Maintenance:
- Brake Maintenance: Check for frame friction or abnormal rotation noise. Adjust distance and parallelism using screws. Regularly check brake pad wear and replace as needed. Keep brake discs clean.
- Control Cables: Lightly apply the brake. Check if the handbrake is too loose and tighten if necessary. Test ride.
- Bearing Adjustment: Periodically check the fastening of front and rear wheel fixing bolts. Ensure front and rear wheel bearings are parallel and correct.
- Wheel Adjustment: Check tire pressure regularly and maintain 30 psi.
- Lubrication: Lubricate the chain, brake disc, and other parts. Remove debris, dust, and dirt/sand.
- Reflector: No specific maintenance mentioned.
- Tire Maintenance: Regularly check tire wear and replace as needed. Maintain tire pressure at 30 psi.
- Handlebar Installation: Follow assembly instructions strictly to ensure center alignment, firmness, and reliability.

- Power Usage/Battery Gauge: Yes, there is a full-screen LCD display and an additional LED battery gauge on the side of the battery pack.
- Anti-Start Switch: Yes, there is an on/off button on the battery pack. Brake levers also have a safety power stop switch.
- Theft Prevention: AOSTIRMOTOR bikes have anti-theft features like a locking battery rack with keys. Standard U-locks and cable locks are compatible. Rear wheel is bolted to reduce theft risk.
- Wet Weather Use: Components are waterproof, but riding in heavy rain is not recommended. Keep the bike parked indoors and dry.

Installation Instructions
Tools Needed: Included tool kit.
- Open package and remove bicycle from packaging onto a soft surface.
- Remove protective foam and open accessory kit.
- Invert bicycle. Remove large fixing bolt on the front fork.
- Mount front wheel onto the front fork, aligning the disc brake pad with the caliper.
- Tighten bolts using the 15mm flat tool.
- Remove handlebar clamp using the Allen wrench.
- Mount handlebar in the center position and tighten screws.
- Install LCD display on handlebar and connect the green wire.
- Install bicycle light: unscrew lens, remove plastic insulator, re-tighten lens, connect red cable, and attach to the front fork screw.
- Install pedals: right pedal clockwise, left pedal counterclockwise (marked 'L' and 'R').
- Place bicycle upright.
- Insert seat post into the seat column, adjust to desired position, tighten screws, and fix.
- Ensure all connections (meters, headlights, brake circuit breakers, handlebars) are aligned and installed properly.
Battery Installation & Maintenance
- Locate the battery port on the electric bike.
- Locate the interface on the battery.
- Align the interface and install the battery.
- Complete battery installation.
- Turn clockwise to lock the battery.
- Press down the key and turn counterclockwise to unlock the battery.
Battery Care:
- When not using the battery for extended periods, charge it 1-2 times per month.
- Keep keys safe. A new key can be provided based on the key's nameplate number.
- Keep the battery environment dry; avoid prolonged exposure to rain.
- Regularly test battery attenuation using a universal meter.
Safety Notice
Before Driving, Perform These Checks:
- Test brake system, throttle, and power system.
- Ensure tire pressure is at 30 psi.
- Check and securely tighten front wheel lug-nuts before every ride.
- Check the battery charge level on the side of the battery pack.
- Check brake and gear operation: ensure no friction or abnormal noise during rotation. Adjust distance and parallelism via screws.
- Wet Weather & Night Riding: Bicycles are partially waterproof; riding in heavy rain is not recommended. For night rides, turn on headlights and ensure safe operation.
- On-and-Off Road Safety: The aluminum alloy frame is stable and strong. For safety, wear protective gear and make preparations for rugged or off-road conditions.
