Product Description
The AOSTIRMOTOR S17-1500W electric bike features a 6061 aluminum alloy frame, a 1500W motor, and a 48V 14.5Ah SAMSUNG lithium battery. It has a top speed of 50 km/h and a range of 30-45 km. Safety Notice
Before riding, perform the following checks:
- Test brake system, throttle, and power system.
- Ensure tire pressure is at 30 psi.
- Check and securely tighten front wheel lug-nuts before each ride.
- Check battery charge level on the side of the battery.
- Verify brake and gear operation, ensuring no frame friction or abnormal noise. Adjust distance and parallelism with screws if needed.
- Wet Weather and Night Riding: Bicycles are partially waterproof but not recommended for heavy rain. For night rides, turn on headlights and ensure safe operation.
- On-and-Off Road Operation: The aluminum alloy frame is stable and strong. For safety, wear protective gear and make preparations for rugged or off-road conditions.
Installation Instructions
- Open your package.
- Take out the tool box.
- Carefully remove the bicycle from the package and place it on a soft surface to prevent scratches. Cut the securing tie for the front wheel.
- Remove protective foam.
- Open the accessory kit and remove the tool kit.
- Invert the bicycle.
- Remove the large fixing bolt on the front fork.
- Mount the front wheel onto the front fork, ensuring the disc brake pad aligns with the disc brake caliper.
- Tighten the two bolts using the supplied 15mm flat tool.
- Attach the handlebar clamp, cut the zipper, and use the Allen wrench to remove the clamp.
- Position the handlebar in the center, install the rod clamp, and tighten the screws with the Allen wrench.
- Install the LCD display on the handlebar, tighten the screws, and connect the green wire.
- Attach the bicycle light: unscrew the lens, remove the plastic insulator, re-tighten the lens, and connect the red cable. Mount the light above the front fork.
- Install the pedals: Right pedal rotates clockwise, left pedal rotates counterclockwise. Ensure correct pedal installation (marked 'L' and 'R').
- Place the bicycle upright.
- Insert the seat post into the seat column, adjust to the desired position, tighten the screws, and secure it.
- Installation is complete. Ensure proper alignment when connecting meters, headlights, and brake circuit breakers. Avoid forceful installation.
Battery Installation & Maintenance
- Locate the battery port on your electric bike.
- Identify the interface on your battery.
- Align the interface and install the battery.
- Complete the battery installation.
- Turn clockwise to lock your battery.
- Press down the key and turn counterclockwise to unlock your battery.
- Long-term Storage: If not using the battery for an extended period, charge it 1-2 times per month.
- Key Management: Keep your key safe. A new key can be provided based on the nameplate number if lost.
- Environment: Keep the battery environment dry; avoid prolonged exposure to rain.
- Testing: Regularly test battery attenuation using a universal meter.
Display Use & Maintenance
The YL90T-H display features five buttons: power, plus, minus, light, and toggle.
Power Button: Long press to power the display on/off. When off, the display consumes less than 1uA. It automatically shuts off after 10 minutes of inactivity.
Display Information: The display shows Current Speed (km/h) and Odometer (km) by default. Short press the toggle button to cycle through Odometer, Trip Odometer, Maximum Speed, and Average Speed.
