Safety Notice
To ensure your safety, perform the following functional checks before riding:
- Test brake system, throttle, and power system.
- Ensure pressure is at 30 psi.
- Check front wheel lug-nuts and securely tighten before every ride.
- Verify battery charge level, indicated on the side of the battery.
- Check braking system adjustment and ensure free operation.
Display Use & Maintenance: SW-LCD Display
SPEN: Stuboff: 1.5 seconds long press.
CLINE: In standby mode, long press Mode for 3 seconds.
SETTING: After booting, press UP + DOWN for 2.5 seconds (exit the same way). Detailed settings are as follows (on boot state):
Display Settings:
- Wheel Diameter Setting: Displays current wheel diameter setting.
- Speed Setting: Displays current speed setting.
- Light Setting: Displays current light setting.
Installation Instructions
- Open your package.
- Take out the tool box.
- Remove the bicycle from the package and place it on a soft surface to avoid scratches. Cut the tie securing the front wheel.
- Remove protective foam.
- Open the accessory kit and remove the tool kit.
- Invert the bicycle.
- Remove the large fixing bolt on the front fork.
- Position the front fork and place the disc brake pad on the front wheel in the middle of the disc brake caliper.
- Use the supplied 16 mm flat tool to tighten the two bolts.
- Attach the key to the handlebar clamp, cut the zipper, and use the Allen wrench from the tool kit to remove the clamp.
- Position the handlebar in the middle and install the rod clamp, tightening the screws with the included Allen wrench.
- Install the LCD display on the handlebar, tighten the screws, and connect the green connecting wire.
- For the bicycle light: unscrew the lens, remove the plastic insulator, re-tighten the lens, and connect the red cable. Connect the bicycle with a brake apron.
- Install the pedals. The right pedal rotates clockwise, and the left pedal rotates counterclockwise. Note: Markings "S" indicate left and "R" indicate right.
- Unplug the bicycle.
- Insert the seat into the seat post, fix it in the desired position, tighten the screws, and secure it.
- Installation is complete. When connecting meters, headlights, brake circuit breakers, handlebars, etc., align them properly and do not force connections.
Controller Use & Maintenance
- Please check the situation of the lock core before installation (refer to Step 2 and Step 3 for details).
- Turn your key counterclockwise to lower the lock cylinder.
- Align the slider as shown in the diagram.
- There are two lock positions; the locking principle is the same. The other lock position can also control the switch of the battery. Port No. 5 is the charging port.
- Turn the key clockwise to lock your battery.
- Press down the key and turn it counterclockwise to unlock your battery.
- When not using the battery for a long time, charge it 1-2 times every month.
- Keep the key properly. A new key can be provided based on the nameplate number on the key if it is lost.
- Keep the battery environment dry; avoid prolonged exposure to rain.
- Use a universal meter to test battery attenuation regularly.
