2 Seater (Box1, Box2, Box3)

Instructions:

  1. Use seat iron sheets (Part #E) to connect the seat bases (Part #A1, and #A2).
  2. Do not tighten the bolts until all bases are connected and properly adjusted.

Note: Please connect the left base first.

ATTENTION: The seat iron sheet needs to be installed on the iron frame, not under the iron frame.

Proceed to page 19 to continue with the next steps.

2 Seater with Console (Box1, Box2, Box3, Box4)

Instructions:

  1. Use seat iron sheets (Part #J) to connect the seat bases (Part #A1, #A2) and storage console (Part #A3).
  2. Do not tighten the bolts until all bases are connected and properly adjusted.

Note: Please connect the left base and right base first.

ATTENTION: The seat iron sheet needs to be installed on the iron frame, not under the iron frame.

Proceed to page 19 to continue with the next steps.

Step 2 - Console Back Assembly (For Product with Console Only)

1. Please connect the storage console (Part #A3) to the console backrest (Part #B3).

ATTENTION: Unzip the zipper behind the console, then put the console backrest on the console and align the holes. Fix them with two plastic cover screws. This step does not require tools, but you need to tighten the screws longer because the screw holes are relatively deep.

Proceed to page 19 to continue with the next steps.

3 Seater (Box1, Box2, Box3, Box5)

Instructions:

  1. Use seat iron sheets (Part #E) to connect the seat bases (Part #A1, #A2, and #A4).
  2. Do not tighten the bolts until all bases are connected and properly adjusted.

Note: Please install the seat iron sheets on the left and right bases first.

ATTENTION: The seat iron sheet needs to be installed on the iron frame, not under the iron frame.

Proceed to page 19 to continue with the next steps.

3 Seater with Console (Box 1, Box 2, Box 3, Box 4, Box 5)

Instructions:

  1. Use seat iron sheets (Part #E, #J) to connect the seat bases (Part #A1, #A2 and #A4) and storage console (Part #A3).
  2. Do not tighten the bolts until all bases are connected and properly adjusted.

Note: Please install the seat iron sheets on the left and middle base first.

ATTENTION: The seat iron sheet needs to be installed on the iron frame, not under the iron frame.

Proceed to page 19 to continue with the next steps.

Step 3 - Armrests Assembly (For All Products)

1. Align the brackets of the armrest at the clips of the base (Figure).

2. Push firmly the brackets into the base. Listen for a "click" on each side to ensure the armrest is locked in properly.

ATTENTION: Ensure the two connections on each armrest are all inserted onto the seat tightly.

Shake the armrest slightly to loosen the brackets, making it easier to detach from the base.

Step 4 - Backrests Assembly (For All Products)

1. Align the brackets of the backrest at the clips of the seat-back (Figure).

2. Push firmly the brackets into the seat-back. Listen for a "click" on each side to ensure the backrest is locked in properly.

ATTENTION: Remove the plastic cap before assembling the backrest.

Step 5 - Product Connections (For All Products)

  1. Connect wires of the same color from the backrest and seat base together (labeled 'a' and 'b').
  2. Connect wire 'c' from the backrest to the massage remote.
  3. The USB socket is located in the bottom of the recliner armrest.

WIRING SPECIFICATION:

  • Massage Wires: Connect 'a' to 'a' and 'b' to 'b'.
  • Massage Remote, USB & Reclining Buttons: Connect 'c' to the corresponding ports.

ATTENTION: Please use the plastic clip to organize the cords.

Step 6 - Paste Velcro (For All Products)

  1. Place the loveseat in the reclined position.
  2. Pull out the Velcro in the gap between the base and the backrest and paste it well.

Step 7 - Final Check

  1. Ensure both metal brackets on each armrest are mounted on the base. (There are two metal brackets on each side of the base; it looks like assembly is finished when you insert the armrest into only one bracket instead of two. However, all pressure will apply to one bracket, which is a likely reason the armrest falls apart from the seat.)
  2. Ensure the backrest inserts are locked to the base. (Pull up the backrest to check if it is locked in place.)
  3. Ensure all wires are connected tightly.
  4. Ensure all wires are not placed at the bottom of the rack and will not be pressed by the frame. (If a wire is pressed by the frame, it will be broken, and the sofa will stop working.)
  5. Ensure all screws are tightened.
