Safety Instructions
Please keep this manual in a safe place for future reference.
- It is crucial to read the entire manual thoroughly before installing and using the machine. Safe and effective training depends on proper assembly, maintenance, and use. Ensure all users are familiar with all warnings and precautions.
- Consult your physician to determine if any medical or physical conditions could pose a risk to your health and safety or prevent proper equipment use. Physician's advice is essential if you are taking medication affecting heart rate, blood pressure, or cholesterol levels.
- Always pay attention to your body's signals. Improper use may affect your health. If you experience symptoms like headache, chest pain, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, dizziness, or discomfort, stop exercising immediately and consult your physician before training again.
- Keep children and pets away from the machine. The machine is for adult use only.
- Use the machine on stable, horizontal ground. Place a protective layer on the floor or carpet to prevent damage. Ensure at least 2.0 ft (0.6m) clearance from obstacles.
- Check that all screws and nuts are properly tightened before use.
- Safe use is guaranteed only with regular maintenance and repairs, and by replacing worn or broken parts.
- Follow the instructions in this manual. Stop and cease operation immediately if any defective parts are found or abnormal sounds are heard. Ensure all issues are resolved before using again.
- Wear sports clothes and proper shoes. Loose-fitting clothing is not recommended as it may get caught in the machine, hindering operation and potentially causing injury.
- This machine is for home use only. Maximum user weight is 350 lbs.
- This machine is not for professional medical treatment.
- This product is for family use only.
- The overall performance and all moving parts must be checked regularly to ensure safety.
- If moving parts are damaged, do not use the machine until parts are repaired.
- Keep children away from the machine; it is not for children to use or play with, as they can injure themselves accidentally.
- When using the machine, place the pedal in the lowest position for easy mounting.
- Before mounting or dismounting, move the pedal on that side to its lowest position and bring the machine to a complete stop.
- The product operates with an elliptical motion trajectory driven by the internal flywheel's inertia. Resistance is manually adjusted via a knob. The speed is reflective of the motion trajectory frequency, not speed-dependent. Ensure the pedals have come to a complete stop before leaving the device.
Care & Maintenance
- Do not store the machine in direct sunlight, wind, rain, or high humidity. Pack it if needed to keep children away from touching or playing with it.
- Check for rust or cracks after long-term storage.
- Understand that consumable parts may wear and tear even with proper maintenance.
- For long-term use, wipe dust regularly. Do not water directly or use gasoline/abrasive powder, as this may cause cracks, electric shock, or fire. Use a dilute neutral detergent for maintenance.
- Important: Before starting any training, consult your physician, especially if over 35 years old or with pre-existing health conditions. Read all instructions before using the machine.
