Quick Printer Installation

Follow these steps for quick setup:

1. Connect the power adapter and power cable to the printer.
2. Connect the printer to your computer using the USB cable.
3. Turn on the printer using the power button.

Note: Use only the power adapter provided by MUNBYN.

Label Setup

To set up the label paper:

1. Press the cover open button to lift the top cover of the printer.
2. Install the label paper, ensuring it is secured by the holders on both sides.
3. Close the printer cover to complete the label installation.
4. For new label paper, perform the label size calibration.

Note: Calibrate the paper size before printing labels.

Label Size Calibration:

1. Turn on the printer.
2. Press and hold the FEED button.
3. Release the FEED button when you hear one 'Di' sound.
4. The printer will then calibrate the label size automatically.

Driver Installation

Drivers can be downloaded via the included USB flash drive or online.

Warning: The printer head (TPH) can become very hot after printing. Avoid touching the printer head or surrounding parts.

Windows Driver Installation

Note: Connect the printer to your computer and turn it on before proceeding.

1. Open the downloaded driver software (e.g., Munbyn-Windows-Driver-Latest.exe).
2. Click "Install" to begin the driver installation process.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions until the installation is complete ("Finish" appears).
4. Once installed, you can set the printer paper size.
5. Select the 100x150mm (4x6") label size and apply the settings. The printer is now ready for printing shipping labels.

Mac Driver Installation

Note: Connect the printer to your computer and turn it on before proceeding.

1. Open the downloaded driver software (e.g., Munbyn-Mac-Driver-Latest.dmg).
2. Start the installation process.
3. Follow the installation guidelines until the message "The installation was successful" appears.
4. Add the printer to your printer list in System Preferences.
5. In the "Printer Software" dialog, choose "Munbyn Label printer" or select the appropriate driver.
6. In "Page Setup", choose the 4x6" (100x150 mm) paper size. You can now open your document and select the printer to print shipping labels.

Q1: When the printing is too faint, how to adjust the density and printing speed?

Q2: What can I do if paper is jammed or there are white spots in my print?

Q4: Why does the printer print extra blank labels after a successful print?

Q5: Why am I printing blank labels?
