Quick Printer Installation
Follow these steps for quick setup:
- Connect the power adapter and power cable to the printer.
- Connect the printer to your computer using the USB cable.
- Turn on the printer using the power button.
Note: Use only the power adapter provided by MUNBYN.
Label Setup
To set up the label paper:
- Press the cover open button to lift the top cover of the printer.
- Install the label paper, ensuring it is secured by the holders on both sides.
- Close the printer cover to complete the label installation.
- For new label paper, perform the label size calibration.
Note: Calibrate the paper size before printing labels.
Label Size Calibration:
- Turn on the printer.
- Press and hold the FEED button.
- Release the FEED button when you hear one 'Di' sound.
- The printer will then calibrate the label size automatically.
Driver Installation
Drivers can be downloaded via the included USB flash drive or online.

Warning: The printer head (TPH) can become very hot after printing. Avoid touching the printer head or surrounding parts.
Windows Driver Installation
Note: Connect the printer to your computer and turn it on before proceeding.
- Open the downloaded driver software (e.g., Munbyn-Windows-Driver-Latest.exe).
- Click "Install" to begin the driver installation process.
- Follow the on-screen instructions until the installation is complete ("Finish" appears).
- Once installed, you can set the printer paper size.
- Select the 100x150mm (4x6") label size and apply the settings. The printer is now ready for printing shipping labels.
Mac Driver Installation
Note: Connect the printer to your computer and turn it on before proceeding.
- Open the downloaded driver software (e.g., Munbyn-Mac-Driver-Latest.dmg).
- Start the installation process.
- Follow the installation guidelines until the message "The installation was successful" appears.
- Add the printer to your printer list in System Preferences.
- In the "Printer Software" dialog, choose "Munbyn Label printer" or select the appropriate driver.
- In "Page Setup", choose the 4x6" (100x150 mm) paper size. You can now open your document and select the printer to print shipping labels.
