The PX43 FS6 is equipped with a 5+1 channel intelligent coded fluorescence turret, supporting DAPI, FITC, and TRITC filters, along with one channel for bright-field observation. This system allows for efficient fluorescence imaging.
Adjustable Baffle
An angle-adjustable fluorescent baffle protects the user's eyes from direct fluorescent light sources.
Flexible Illumination Options
Users can select between a 50W halogen lamp or a 10W LED for transmitted light, ensuring a bright and uniform field of view.
Coded Objective Turret
The 5-hole coded objective turret automatically identifies objective changes and displays current magnification, improving workflow efficiency.
Real-time Status Display
A front-mounted OLED display provides real-time information on microscope status, including objective magnification, brightness, and filter selection, for intuitive operation.
Multifunctional Knob
A versatile knob controls light source selection, brightness, filter configuration, objective settings, and ECO time settings, streamlining user operations.
Versatile Stage and Tray Options
The PX43 features a hard-coated stage and optional mechanical stages, supporting various carrier trays for different cell culture vessels like flasks, Petri dishes, and 96-well plates.
Advanced Fluorescence Light Sources
The PX43 FS6 supports traditional mercury lamps, Motic LED, LUMOS3, and LUMOS X light sources. LUMOS3 offers instant start-up and a long lifespan (20,000h) with low phototoxicity, while LUMOS X provides adjustable intensity and quick warm-up (90s).
Observation Modes
Bright Field (BF)
Utilizes long working distance plan objectives with advanced multi-layer wideband coating for enhanced image contrast and high-quality imaging.
Phase Contrast (PH)
Ideal for observing unstained living cells. High-performance Plan UC and Plan Fluor phase contrast objectives, combined with phase contrast inserts, deliver superior phase contrast imaging.
Fluorescence (FL)
Features Plan UC Fluor Fluorescence objectives designed for high transmittance across excitation wavelengths, including UV. These objectives ensure bright, high-definition, and high-contrast fluorescence images.

System Diagram Description
The PX43 system diagram illustrates the interconnected components of the microscope. Light sources (10W LED, 50W Halogen, LUMOS, LUMOS X) feed into the microscope body. Eyepieces (10x/22mm, 10x/23mm, 15x/16mm) and centering telescopes are connected to the trinocular tube. Various objectives, including Plan Achromat, LD Plan Achromat, Inverted Fluorescent, and Inverted Fluorescent Phase Contrast objectives, are mounted on a revolving nosepiece. The system supports different condensers (N.A. 0.30 WD 72mm, N.A. 0.50 WD 28mm). Camera adapters (C-mount) and photographic connectors link to the trinocular tube. The stage supports various inserts like glass, metal, and extension plates, as well as specialized holders for 96-well plates, Petri dishes, and blood counters. Filters (Neutral, Green, Blue, Frosted Glass, Didymium) and light source controllers (LUMOS controller) are also integrated. Fluorescence filter sets (e.g., AT-DAPI, AT-EGFP, AT-TRITC) are key components for the FS6 model.
