- Overall Plate Height: The total height of the template plate is 4-1/8 inches (104.8mm).
- Upper Hole Spacing: The center-to-center distance between the two upper mounting holes is 1-11/16 inches (42.8mm).
- Central Cutout (Cylinder/Push Bar Area):
- The central cutout is designed for a 1-1/4 inch (31.8mm) diameter cylinder bore.
- The horizontal reference line for the cylinder is located 1-15/16 inches (49.2mm) from the top edge of the plate.
- The horizontal reference line for the push bar is located 3/16 inches (4.8mm) below the cylinder's horizontal reference line.
- The center of the push bar is located 1-19/32 inches (40.5mm) below the cylinder's horizontal reference line.
- The distance from the push bar's horizontal reference line to the center of the bottom mounting holes is 1-19/32 inches (40.5mm).
- Bottom Hole Spacing: The center-to-center distance between the two bottom mounting holes is 4-11/16 inches (119mm).
- Bottom Hole Offset: The center of the bottom mounting holes is located 1/2 inch (12.7mm) from the bottom edge of the plate.
- Mounting Holes: There are four mounting holes, each specified as 7/16 inch (11.10mm) diameter, passing through the door (DIA THRU).
- Floor Clearance Reference: A vertical reference line is indicated at 41 inches from the finished floor.
