Recharging Your Vacuum Cleaner
Note: Fully charge the battery before first use. This takes approximately 4 hours.
It is important to fully charge your new machine before first use and after each cleaning. This is because the battery monitoring system algorithm learns over time, and fully charging your machine helps it to more accurately calculate and display the remaining runtime.
Connect to the charger directly or to the wall, if installed.
The battery indicator on the side of the battery will flash during recharging. When the battery is fully charged, the battery indicator will remain white. The battery is fully charged when the display shows 100%. Your machine will not operate or charge if the ambient temperature is below 5°C (41°F). This is designed to protect both the motor and the battery.
How to Screw the Wall Mount to the Wall
3 screws with expansion plugs are supplied to fix the wall mount. You will also need a battery wrench or a drill (with a 6 mm drill bit diameter). Depending on the type of wall mount, select a distance of 115 cm (floor brush suspended in the air) or 102 cm (floor brush on the floor) between the bottom edge of the wall mount and the floor. You will need a suitable location near a power outlet to mount the appliance on the wall. Be careful not to damage any cables installed in the wall.

04 Maintenance of Your U20
Cleaning the Dustbin and Filter
Regularly check the dustbin level and empty it if necessary. Clean the filter every 3-4 weeks, or more frequently if used intensely.
Emptying the Dustbin:
- Remove the dustbin from the appliance.
- Use the provided cleaning tool to remove hair and dust residue.
- Ensure the dustbin is perfectly clean before reassembling it.
Cleaning the HEPA Filter:
- Gently shake the filter to remove debris.
- Use the cleaning tool to remove stubborn particles.
- If necessary, rinse the filter with water and let it air dry.
- It is recommended to replace the filter every 3 months to ensure optimal performance.
Note: Both the dustbin and the filter are washable. After cleaning, place them in a well-ventilated, warm place to dry completely. It is crucial that the filter is completely dry before reinstalling it in the appliance. Using a wet filter can damage the appliance and reduce its efficiency.
Cleaning the Floor Brush
To ensure optimal performance, regularly check the floor brush and remove any blockages. Ensure the appliance is unplugged and turned off.
Steps:
- Press the release button located at the end of the tube. Turn the floor brush over.
- Turn the cover located at the end and remove the brush roller from the brush head.
- Use the provided cleaning tool to remove debris or blockages from the brush roller.
Note: The floor brush head and brush roller are not washable. Clean them with a damp, lint-free cloth.
