  • Do not use the vacuum cleaner to vacuum detergents, kerosene, broken glasses, needles, soot, wet items, sewage, matches, etc.
  • Do not use the vacuum cleaner to vacuum cement, plaster, building materials, or large objects like toy balls, as this can cause blockages or motor burnout.
  • Keep the vacuum cleaner away from fires and high-temperature places.
  • Ensure the filter module and roller brush of the floor brush are installed correctly when using the vacuum cleaner.
  • Do not block the suction inlet or the rotation of the brush roller, as this may cause motor failure.
  • Do not pour or splash water or other liquids into the machine to avoid short circuits and damage to electronics.
  • When using a new battery or after long-term storage, fully charge the battery. If the machine is not used for a long time, charge and discharge the battery at least once every three months.
  • When the vacuum cleaner is fully charged and needs cleaning or servicing, unplug the charger promptly and do not pull by the power cord.
  • When cleaning, use a dry cloth. Do not use gasoline, thinners, or other cleaners, as they may crack the housing or cause discoloration.
  • Do not use or store the vacuum cleaner in extreme temperatures (very high or low). It is recommended for indoor use between 0 and 40°C. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
  • Do not allow children to use or play with the machine.
  • If the machine does not work when fully charged, it requires inspection and repair at a designated service center. Do not disassemble without permission.
  • Old battery packs should be recycled safely and not discarded as normal garbage.
  • If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a professional at the manufacturer's service department or a similar service center to avoid hazards.
