Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Assemble Base Frame

Connect parts 1 and 2 using six (x6) G screws (ST4.8x16) and two (x2) D crossbars.

Step 2: Continue Base Frame Assembly

Connect parts 3 and 4 to the base structure using six (x6) G screws (ST4.8x16) and two (x2) D crossbars.

Step 3: Attach Upper Shelf Support Arms

Attach two (x2) E shelf support arms and two (x2) F shelf support arms to the upper section of the vertical poles C (x2) using six (x6) H screws (M8x12).

Step 4: Attach TV Mounting Brackets

Attach TV mounting brackets 7 and 8 to the vertical poles C (x2) using eight (x8) G screws (ST4.8x16).

Step 5: Attach Lower Shelf Support Arms

Attach two (x2) E shelf support arms and two (x2) F shelf support arms to the lower section of the vertical poles C (x2) using four (x4) H screws (M8x12).

Step 6: Install Shelves

Place the lower shelf 9 and upper shelf 10 onto the support arms. Secure the shelves using either eight (x8) M5x14 screws or eight (x8) M8x30 screws, depending on the shelf type.

Step 7: Connect Vertical Structure to Base

Connect the assembled vertical structure to the base frame using four (x4) I screws (M8x50).

Step 8: Attach Top Crossbar

Attach the top crossbar (part 8) to the vertical poles using four (x4) J screws (M8x55).

Step 9: Part 4 Disassembly

Step 10: Adjustable Height

The adjustable range of the distance from the bottom of the TV to the ground is marked on part 4, so that you can choose the appropriate height. You can choose the height, make a mark on the ruler, and then disassemble and install part 4 to the back of the TV.

Step 11: Attach TV Mounting Bracket to TV

Select appropriate screws from M-A to M-G and install part #4a on the four screw holes on the back of the TV. The back of the TV is flat, and the A1 installation method without gasket can be used; If the back is uneven, A2 installation method with washers (M-H to M-J) can be used, and thick washers can be superimposed according to the situation.

Step 12: Attach Bracket Component 4b

Install part 4b (x2) to the TV mounting bracket according to the marking.

Step 13: Attach Bracket Component 4c

Install part 4c (x2) to the TV mounting bracket.

Step 14: Mount TV onto Stand

Step 15: Measurement Detail

Step 16: Final Check and Warning

⚠️ WARNING: When the TV is adjusting the left and right angles, please do not touch the moving parts shown in the figure to avoid pinching your hands. The adjustable angle range is ±20°.
