First Time Pairing

To pair your Clam Ace headphones for the first time:

1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
2. Press and hold the R (Right) button for 3 seconds.
3. The headphones will enter pairing mode, indicated by a blinking LED.
4. On your device (e.g., smartphone), go to Bluetooth settings.
5. Select "Clam Ace" from the list of available devices to connect.

Operation

Multi Point Connection

The Clam Ace headphones support multi-point connection, allowing them to be connected to two devices simultaneously.

To activate multi-point connection:

1. Ensure the headphones are connected to the first device.
2. Press the L (Left) and R (Right) buttons simultaneously once.
3. The headphones will enter pairing mode for the second device.
4. Connect to the second device via its Bluetooth settings.

Music Controls

• Play/Pause: Press the R (Right) button once.
• Volume Up: Slide the volume control switch on the right earcup upwards.
• Volume Down: Slide the volume control switch on the right earcup downwards.
• Next Track: Press the R (Right) button three times (3x).
• Previous Track: Press the L (Left) button three times (3x).
• Voice Assistant: Press the L (Left) button once.

Phone Calls

The Clam Ace headphones offer various modes and controls for phone calls:

• Answer/End Call: Press the R (Right) button once.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the R (Right) button.
• ANC (Active Noise Cancelling) / Ambient / Normal Modes: Press the L (Left) button once to cycle through these modes.
• Hear-Through Mode: Press and hold the L (Left) button to activate Hear-Through, which allows you to hear your surroundings.

LED Behaviour

The LED indicator on your Clam Ace headphones provides status information:

• Blinking (Searching for connection)

  The LED blinks when the headphones are searching for a device to connect to.

• Solid (Connected)

  The LED is solid when the headphones are successfully connected to a device.

• Solid Red (Charging)

  The LED is solid red when the headphones are charging.

• Solid Green (Fully charged)

  The LED is solid green when the headphones are fully charged.
