Quick Start Guide

Getting Started with the App

Step 1: Download the App

To begin, search for the Momcozy app in your smartphone's app store, such as the Google Play Store or the App Store. The app is compatible with iOS 13 and Android 8.0 or newer versions. Please note that the app's Bluetooth connection may depend on the smartphone connected to the device.

Cleaning and Sterilization

Parts Not Washable: Pump motor.

Washable Parts: Flange, Membrane, Milk Collector, Valve.

Cleaning and Sterilizing Washable Parts

  1. Clean with soap and water (40-60°C / 104-140°F) for 3-5 minutes.
  2. For sterilization, use boiling water, steam, or a sterilizer pot. A temperature of 100°C (212°F) for 5-10 minutes is required.

Important Note: We do not recommend sterilizing pump parts in a microwave or UV sterilizer. High temperatures (>110°C / 230°F) will shorten their lifespan and may cause a safety hazard.

Tips

  1. The expected lifespan of washable parts is 1-3 months. Replacing these parts is recommended after prolonged storage or before pumping for a new child.
  2. The breast pump will automatically turn off after 30 minutes of continuous pumping.
  3. If irritation or discomfort occurs, use your finger to break the seal between the flange and breast tissue, discontinue use, and consult a doctor.
