2. Test Methodology

All measurements were conducted following ANSI C63.10-2013.

2.3. General Test Procedures

2.3.1 Conducted Emissions

The EUT was placed on a turntable 0.8 m above the ground plane. Measurements were taken in the frequency range of 0.15 MHz to 30 MHz using Quasi-peak and average detector modes.

2.3.2 Radiated Emissions

The EUT was placed on a turntable 0.8 m above the ground plane (below 1GHz) or 1.5 m above the ground plane (above 1GHz). The turntable rotated 360 degrees to find the maximum emission level. The distance to the receiving antenna was 3 meters, with antenna height varied from 1m to 4m. Polarization was tested both horizontally and vertically.

5.2. Radiated Emissions Measurement

Standard Applicable: FCC Part 15.205 (a) and 15.247 (d) concerning spurious emissions and restricted bands.

Test Procedures: Measurements were performed from 9 kHz to 18 GHz and above, following specific sequences for different frequency ranges (9 kHz-30 MHz, 30 MHz-1 GHz, 1 GHz-18 GHz, above 18 GHz).

Test Setup Layout Description:

Field Strength Calculation: FS (dBuV/m) = RA (dBuV) + AF (dB/m) + CL (dB) – AG (dB)
