Note: The unit automatically powers off when all functions are turned off.
Viewing Battery Status
The LCD screen indicates battery charge level:
- Four solid bars: Full capacity.
- Two or three solid bars: Partially charged.
- One solid bar: Nearly empty; recharge required.
- Four blank bars: Completely empty; unit MUST be recharged. Low voltage protection will activate, and the unit will shut down.
Charging/Recharging
Lead-acid batteries require periodic charging. Recharge the unit at least every 30 days and after each use to maintain battery life.
IMPORTANT CHARGING NOTES:
- Charge for 20 hours or until the Battery Status Icon shows 4 solid bars before first use.
- Recharging after each use prolongs battery life.
- Turn off all other unit functions during recharging.
CAUTION: Failure to keep the battery charged will cause permanent damage.
IMPORTANT: If the battery icon shows full charge but the unit is discharged, it may indicate high internal battery impedance. Charge for 20 hours.
Procedure for Charging
- Connect the AC charging adapter to the unit's AC charging port and plug into a standard 120V AC outlet.
- The LCD screen will display charging indicators. The Battery Status Icon bars will fill repeatedly.
- Charge for approximately 20 hours or until 4 solid bars are shown.
- Disconnect the AC adapter when charging is complete.
Wireless Charging
The built-in Wireless Charging feature is compatible with most wireless charging devices.
CAUTION: Do not use Jump-Starter or Compressor while using Wireless Charging. Place the appliance in the center of the pad.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Wireless charging will shut down automatically if no device is detected for 3 minutes.
Procedure for Wireless Charging
- Press the Wireless Charging Button. A beep will sound, and the LCD will indicate the function is ready.
- Place the appliance on the center of the Wireless Charging Pad.
- Press the Wireless Charging Button again to turn off the feature when charging is complete.
IMPORTANT: Turn off Wireless Charging when recharging or storing the unit.
Jump-Starter
IMPORTANT: All features must be OFF (except the area light) when jump-starting. Keep the unit upright.
WARNING: Follow all safety instructions. Incorrect clamp connection will trigger an alarm and polarity error indicators. Never touch red and black clamps together. Overheating will activate thermal protection, indicated by flashing alarm and jump starter icons; allow unit to cool.
PROCEDURE:
- Turn off vehicle ignition and all accessories. Place vehicle in park and set the emergency brake.
- Connect the Boost Cables Connector to the unit's Clamp Connection Slot.
- Connect the red clamp to the vehicle's positive (+) terminal.
- Connect the black clamp to the vehicle's chassis or a solid, non-moving metal part (for negative ground systems). Refer to the vehicle's owner's manual.
- For positive ground systems, connect the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal and the red clamp to the chassis.
- Ensure clamps are properly connected (LCD will indicate readiness).
- Turn on vehicle ignition and crank the engine in 5-6 second bursts.
- Once the engine starts, disconnect the negative (black) clamp first, then the positive (red) clamp.
NOTE: If the unit malfunctions after jump-starting, recharge it with the AC charger to reset.
IMPORTANT: Detach and store the Boost Cables Connector when not in use. Turn the unit off and recharge after each use.
CAUTION: Store clamps in a dry, safe location. Be aware of vehicle computer system compatibility. Excessive cranking can damage the starter motor; discontinue if the engine fails to start. Contact a technician if the vehicle does not start.
Alternator Check
Set up the unit and connect battery clamps as per the Jump-Starter procedure.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The unit may detect alternator voltage range issues due to accessory loads. Ensure the alternator is rated for the application.
- This check is for 12-volt systems only and may not be accurate for all vehicles.
Procedure (No Load - Accessories OFF):
- Ensure the vehicle battery is fully charged. Run the engine to achieve normal idle speed.
- Press the Alternator Check Button. The LCD will indicate analysis.
- If the alternator is good, the LCD will display "ALT GOOD".
- If the alternator is out of range, the LCD will display "ALT" and the Fault Icon will flash.
- Press the Alternator Check Button again to stop the test.
Procedure (Under Load - Accessories ON):
- Turn on as many accessories as possible (except A/C and Defrost).
- Press the Alternator Check Button. The LCD will indicate analysis.
- If the alternator is good, the LCD will display "ALT GOOD".
- If the alternator is out of range, the LCD will display "ALT" and the Fault Icon will flash.
- Press the Alternator Check Button again to stop the test.
IMPORTANT: Turn the unit off when not in use and recharge fully after each use.
Portable Compressor
The 12-volt DC compressor is suitable for vehicle tires, trailer tires, and inflatables. It can inflate up to 120 PSI.
CAUTION: When the compressor operates at low PSI, it may start slow and gradually increase speed. At higher PSIs, it may cycle between normal operation and lower speed to prevent overheating. Do not operate continuously for longer than 10 minutes. If longer operation is needed, turn the unit off for approximately 30 minutes between cycles. The compressor will automatically shut down after 10 minutes of continuous operation.
Inflating Tires or Products with Valve Stems
- Screw the Sure Fit® nozzle onto the valve stem. Do not overtighten.
- Press the Compressor Power Button. The LCD will display the preset pressure and current pressure.
- Use the (+) and (-) Pressure Control Buttons to set the desired pressure (3-120 PSI). The unit beeps with each press. Holding the button speeds up the value change. The selected pressure is stored.
- Press the Compressor Power Button again to begin inflating. The Compressor Icon will flash, and the LCD will show the current pressure.
- Monitor the pressure on the LCD screen. Press the Compressor Power Button to interrupt inflation.
- The compressor will stop automatically when the desired pressure is reached.
- Press the Compressor Power Button again to turn off the unit.
- Unscrew and remove the Sure Fit® nozzle.
- Allow the unit to cool, then recharge before storing.
- Store the compressor hose and nozzle in the storage groove.
Inflating Other Inflatables Without Valve Stems
- Use the nozzle adapter. Screw it into the Sure Fit® nozzle.
- Insert the nozzle adapter into the item to be inflated.
- Follow steps 2 through 4 of the "Inflating Tires or Products With Valve Stems" section.
- IMPORTANT: Small items inflate rapidly. Be careful not to over-inflate.
- When desired pressure is reached, the compressor stops automatically. Press the Compressor Power Button to turn off the unit.
- Disconnect the adapter from the item.
- Unscrew and remove the nozzle adapter from the Sure Fit® nozzle.
- Allow the unit to cool, then recharge before storing.
- Store the compressor hose, Sure Fit® nozzle, and nozzle adapter in the storage groove.
USB PORTS
The USB Power Button and two USB Ports are located on the front of the unit. USB Power/Fault Indicators are rings around each port.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The two USB Ports provide a total of 3.1A (5V each).
- The unit monitors for USB fault conditions: low battery voltage, overload, and short circuit.
- Low Battery Voltage Fault: USB Power/Fault Indicators turn off. LCD displays Battery Status Icon and Voltage Icon for 10s before shutdown.
- Overload/Short-Circuit Fault: USB Power/Fault Indicators flash blue. LCD displays Fault Icon flashing. Unit shuts down.
- If a fault occurs: Disconnect the USB device, press the USB Power Button to turn off ports, ensure the unit is charged, and allow it to cool. If the fault persists with a compatible device, have the device checked.
- USB Ports provide power only; they do not support data communication.
- Some household USB electronics may not operate with this unit.
Using the USB Ports
- Press the USB Power Button to turn on both ports. A beep sounds, indicators light blue, and the LCD displays the Battery Status Icon, Voltage Icon, and USB Icon.
- Plug the USB-powered device into a port and operate normally.
- Press the USB Power Button again to turn off the USB Ports.
Periodically check the unit's battery status. Recharge if the battery level is low (one solid bar or empty).

LED Area Light
The built-in LED Area Light is controlled by the area light on/off button.
- Press the Area Light Power Button once to turn the light ON.
- Press the button again to turn the light OFF.
When turned ON, a beep sounds, and the LCD backlight turns on for 10 seconds.
IMPORTANT: Ensure the Area Light is OFF when recharging or storing the unit.
