The VICSEED Car Mount (Model CTEZB08) is designed for secure and convenient phone placement in your vehicle. Key components include:

Installation Instructions
Method 1: Using the Suction Cup
Step 1: Prepare the Mount Base
- Unscrew the fixed nut completely from the back of the car mount.
- Pass the ball joint through the fixed nut, ensuring the threaded end faces the groove.
- Push the ball joint firmly into the socket on the back of the car mount until it clicks into place.
- Tighten the fixed nut to secure the ball joint.
Step 2: Mount on Dashboard or Windshield
- For smooth surfaces (windshield or dashboard): Clean the mounting area. Attach the suction cup and press the suction cup lock down to the bottom position to secure the mount.
- For textured dashboard surfaces: Clean the desired area with a damp cloth and let it dry completely. Peel off the red protective sticker from the dashboard pad and stick it firmly to the chosen position for 1 minute. Allow the pad to cure for 24 hours before installing the car mount. The dashboard pad is disposable and difficult to remove once applied; choose the installation location carefully.
Step 3: Adjust Angle and Position
- Adjust the angle of the car mount for optimal viewing.
- Twist the extension adjustment knob to adjust the length of the telescopic arm.
- Twist the angle adjustment knob to change the tilt of the mount.
Method 2: Using the Air Vent Clip
Suitability for Car Air Vents:
- This mount is compatible with horizontal and vertical air vents. It is not designed for round air vents.
Step 1: Attach Air Vent Clip to Vent
- Insert the vent clip securely into the car's air vent blades.
- Twist the locking handle to secure the clip to the vent and adjust the angle as needed.
Step 2: Mount Car Mount to Clip
- Prepare the car mount base by unscrewing the fixed nut, passing the ball joint through it, and pushing the ball joint into the socket on the car mount.
- Tighten the fixed nut.
- Attach the car mount base to the air vent clip.
Step 3: Adjust Angle
- Adjust the angle of the car mount for your preferred viewing position.
How to Use
Mounting Your Phone:
- Press the release button on the side of the mount to open the clamp arms.
- Slide your smartphone into the mount between the clamp arms.
- Press the clamp arms firmly together to adjust the width and securely hold your phone.
Removing Your Phone:
- Press the release button again to open the clamp arms.
- Easily slide your phone out of the mount.
Suction Cup Care and Tips
- For best results, use the suction cup on flat, smooth surfaces. If the surface is flat but not perfectly smooth, use the included dashboard pad.
- Avoid attaching the suction cup to curved, plush fabric, or uneven surfaces, as it will not adhere securely.
- It is not recommended to attach the suction cup to leather, walls, or surfaces with glass film, as the strong adhesion may cause damage.
- Performance may decrease in high or low temperatures or humid conditions. Avoid prolonged direct exposure to sunlight.
- If the suction cup loses its stickiness, remove it, wash it with warm soapy water, and allow it to dry completely. It will regain its adhesive properties.
- When not in use, protect the suction cup with plastic wrap to maintain its condition.
The effectiveness of the suction cup can be understood by its stickiness over time:
- 5%-10% stickiness: Less than 1 hour
- 20%-30% stickiness: Less than 6 hours
- 60%-70% stickiness: 24 hours or more
- 80%-100% stickiness: 72 hours or more
