Q2 Is this car mount compatible with different vehicle types?
Yes, MagStar car mount is designed to be versatile and adjustable. We offer a suction cup mounting for dash and windshield, and an air vent clip mounting for air vent. There must be one suitable mounting type for you! If you are not sure of how to choose a suitable car phone holder, please feel free to contact with us!
Q3 Will this car mount fit my phone?
MagStar car mount supports various phones such as iPhone, Samsung, and other smartphones. 3 metal rings as gift are prepared for phones and cases without MagSafe function. The thick 3M metal ring will be suitable for little textured cases such as Otterbox cases.
Q4 Does my case compatible with the metal rings?
The metal rings are designed for all cases except leather cases, textured cases, and liquid silicone cases. We recommend you to use a magnetic case or MagSafe case to attach MagStar, or you can just use cases (except leather cases, textured cases, and liquid silicone cases) that stick to the metal rings. Please use the car mount after 24 hours when sticking the metal ring to your case. If you need more metal rings, please contact us.
Q5 Does it support wireless charging?
No. Please know that MagStar is only for magnetic mounting but not for wireless charging.
