Compatibility

Please note: Please ensure your phone is compatible with Qi wireless charging before using this wireless car charger mount. Please use the QC 3.0 car charger to connect the wireless car charger mount.

Suitability

Car Air Vent

The air vent clip is compatible with horizontal and vertical air vent outlets. It cannot support non-intensive, circular, or special-shaped air vent outlets.

Note: Please do not twist the air vent clip too tight, to protect the air vent blade and air vent clip.

Phone Cases

The mount is suitable for phone cases thinner than 4mm. Please do not use phone cases with metal, credit cards, back-clip batteries, metal rings, metal stickers, PopSockets, or phone cases with mounts (such as UAG).

Not compatible with:

• Any foreign object between your smartphone and this car mount, such as metal, credit cards, door keys, coins, magnet, or NFC cards.
• Phone cases that may affect wireless charging, such as ultra-thick (over 6mm/0.23 inch) phone cases or cases with a bumpy surface, stand, or ring holder.
• PopSockets.

Overview

The wireless car charger mount consists of the following components:

• Silicone Pads: Provide grip and protect the phone.
• Wireless Charging Sensor Area: The central area on the mount designed to align with the phone's charging coil.
• Release Button: A button on the side to open the clamp arms.
• USB-C Charging Port: Located at the bottom for connecting the power cable.
• Fixed Nut: Used to secure the ball joint to the mount.
• Locking: Refers to the mechanism that secures the phone within the clamp arms.
• Clamp Arms: Extendable arms that grip the phone.
• Adjustable Feet: Small feet at the bottom that can be adjusted to support the phone's charging port area.
• Air Vent Clip: The mechanism that attaches the mount to the car's air vent.
• Supporting Plate: The base plate that holds the clamp arms and adjustable feet.
• Ball Joint: Allows for angle adjustment of the mount.

Installation Steps

1. Unscrew the fixing nut from the car mount.
2. Put the fixing nut on the ball joint. (Note: Do not change the direction of the fixing nut).
3. Push the ball joint firmly into the groove on the back of the car mount, then tighten the fixing nut.
4. Twist the screw knob to adjust the opening size of the clip to fit the air vent.
5. Find a suitable place to insert the car mount. Tighten the screw knob to fix the car mount. Adjust the angle of the car mount to fit your sight.

Adjust the Adjustable Feet

Please adjust the adjustable feet according to the guide. Please align the center of your phone (the wireless charging sensing area of the phone) with the wireless charging area of the car mount (the wireless charging icon).

Power On

Please use the original power cable supplied to connect the car mount to the QC 3.0 car adapter.

Please note: Do not connect the car mount wireless charger directly to the in-car USB port. There may not be enough power, which will cause slow charging.

Using Steps

1. Pressing the release button, the clamp arms will automatically pop open.
2. Place your phone into the holder and press the clamp arms towards each other, then you can lock the phone and start wireless charging.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. No charging or slow charging

1. Please check the status of the LED light; the blue light indicates charging and the red light indicates low power.
2. Adjust the bottom adjustment according to the manual guide; this ensures that the center of the phone is aligned with the charging sensor area.
3. For 10W, 7.5W fast charging, you must use with the QC 3.0 car adapter. Do not connect directly onto the in-car USB port.
4. Check if the mobile phone contains any gold or other metals. Do not use or place gold metal rings, gold metal plates, credit cards, PopSockets on the back of the phone when charging.
5. Ensure your phone case is thinner than 4mm, otherwise the phone will not be able to wireless charge.
6. The charging speed will be slow if the temperature is too high. Turn off navigation and other unused apps whilst also lowering the temperature of the car with the air conditioner.
7. Please use the original power cable supplied with the car mount; this will ensure fast and safe charging.

2. Ventilation and air vent fitting

It is only suitable for horizontal and vertical air vents. For more details, please refer to "Suitability - The Suitability of Car Air Vent".

3. Phone case fitting

It is suitable for phone cases thinner than 4mm. Please do not use a phone case with metal, credit card, back-clip battery, metal rings, metal stickers, PopSockets, or phone cases with mounts (such as UAG). For more details, please refer to "Suitability - The Suitability of Phone Cases".

4. Working temperature

The perfect temperature would be 32-95°F (0-35°C). The mount cannot function properly when the temperature is too high or too low.

2. Do not disassemble.
3. Please install the car mount on a suitable place before driving; do not operate or adjust the car mount during driving.
4. Do not install the car mount in places where it might interfere with airbags or driving.
5. Keep the car mount away from children.
