Terms and Conditions

This hand raiser Promotion Terms and Conditions (the “Promotion”) consists of an opportunity whereby customers registering their interest in the next Galaxy smartphone product (“Device(s)) being launched on the 9th of July 2025 (“Launch Date”) may be able to receive a promotional gift redeemable through a voucher (“Promotional Gift”) redeemable on E-Store.

This Promotion is provided by Samsung Electronics Levant/Jordan (“Samsung”) and designed for its customers (“Customer(s)”) in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan (“Territory”).

• This Promotion is only available when Customer completes the form (“Handraiser Form”) on Samsung official eStore website (www.samsung.com/Levant). Customers will be eligible for a thirty-five Jordanian Dinar (35) voucher valid for use on the pre-order purchase for the coming Samsung Galaxy device that will be announced in 09/07/2025, and/or twenty Jordanian Dinar (20) voucher in the event the Customer clicked on the form through the emails without completing the information, and will be eligible to enter the raffle draw to win Samsung 65" QLED TV (QA65Q8FAAUXTW).
• The voucher will be sent to the Customer's email registered in the Handraiser Form.
• This Promotion is available only at Samsung online store (samsung.com/levant) (“E-Store”) from 24/06/2025 until 9/07/2025 (“Promotion Period”).
• Participation in this Promotion is limited to Customers who are at the majority age under the applicable laws of the Territory and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promotional Gift shall be provided subject to its availability and Samsung shall not be obliged to provide any alternative material related to the Voucher if it becomes no longer available.
• The Promotional Gift cannot be exchanged by cash or any other item.
• The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
• Orders fulfillment depends on stock availability, even if the Customer order request was confirmed, this shall not mean that the Customer request will be processed, it only means that the request is received.
• Samsung shall be entitled at its sole and absolute discretion to terminate or modify and/or vary any of these Terms and Conditions at any time prior or during the Promotion Period.
• Samsung shall not be liable to customers for any loss and/or damages of any kind whatsoever suffered in connection with the Promotion and/or the promotions or the Customer's inability to avail of the Promotion and/or the Promotional Gift.
• By participating in this Promotion, the Customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature which is directly or indirectly related to the Terms and Conditions or to the participation in this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and shall be resolved by the competent courts in Amman.
