Assembly Steps
Step 1: Prepare Side Parts
Fit the stop bolts (M10 x 65) for the skid-type feet into the side parts (1 and 2). Two height settings are possible.
Step 2: Attach First Side Part
Place side part (2) onto the skid-type feet (4).
Step 3: Attach Second Side Part
Place the second side part (1) onto the skid-type feet (4) and insert the clamping screws (M10 x 20) into both side parts.
Step 4: Insert Bottom Plates
Insert the bottom plates (3). Note: Do not tighten the screws yet.
Step 5: Secure Bottom Plates
Screw the bottom plates (3) in place using M10 x 25 screws and washers above and below the plates.
Step 6: Assemble Roof Arches
Pre-assemble, align, and clamp the roof arches (6) and the connecting tube (7) using M10 x 20 screws.
Step 7: Mount Roof Frame
Place the roof frame onto the feeder and secure it with M10 x 65 screws. Now tighten all screws firmly.
Step 8: Mount Feed Fronts
Mount the feed fronts (5). Screw the feed front to side part (2) and secure it with a short pin on the other side. The chain of the bolts is attached to the welded chain link of the feeder via the screw chain links.
Step 9: Insert Roof Sheets
Insert the roof sheets (8) into the guide rail of the roof structure and align them centrally.
Step 10: Mount Roof Straps
Mount the roof tightening straps (9) using M8 x 100 screws.
Step 11: Attach Optional 3-Point Linkage
Optional: Insert the top link mount (A) of the 3-point linkage (Ref. 303579) and secure it with long pins. The chain of the pins is also secured in the screw chain link.
Step 12: Attach Lower Link Hitch
Place the lower link hitch (B) on the right/left square tubes (outside on the side part) and fasten with bolts. Secure the bolts with cotter pins.

Application Notes
- For use with silage bales, the base plates and side frames should be coated with a protective bitumen layer (Ref. 339202).
- The feeder is suitable for transport when empty at a maximum speed of 10 km/h.
