RBCN1-FBV Drink Faucet
Product Dimensions and Hardware
Diagram shows an exploded view of the RBCN1-FBV Drink Faucet assembly with numbered parts: 1. Drink faucet assembly, 2. Washer, 3. Nut, 4. Connector. Dimensions are provided for various parts of the faucet, including spout height (8 5/16" / 211 mm), overall height (11 7/16" / 290 mm), base diameter (Ø1 5/8" / Ø41 mm), and hose connector dimensions.
Installation Steps
- Step 1: Turn off the hot and cold water at the supply valves. The diagram shows two valves labeled 'HOT' and 'COLD' with arrows indicating water flow.
- Step 2: Use a pencil to mark where the mounting hole will be drilled. The diagram indicates a hole diameter range of Ø1 1/4"–Ø1 1/2" (Ø32 mm–Ø38 mm).
- Step 3: Remove the water line connector and mounting hardware from the faucet.
- Step 4: Insert the faucet into the counter and install the washer and nut onto the threads of the faucet. Twist clockwise to tighten, but be careful not to over tighten as this may cause damage to the countertop. The diagram shows the faucet body being inserted from above, with a washer and nut being attached from below.
- Step 5: Insert the water line into the connector. Push the line into the connector to lock it in place. The diagram shows a water line being pushed into a connector.
- Step 6: Turn on the water and flush the faucet. The diagram shows water flowing from the spout.
RBCN1-KF Single Handle Faucet
Product Dimensions and Hardware
Diagram shows an exploded view of the RBCN1-KF Single Handle Faucet assembly with numbered parts: 1. Spray head, 2. Cartridge, 3. Handle assembly, 4. Counterweight. Dimensions are provided for the faucet height (15 15/16" / 405 mm), spout reach (8 1/2" / 216 mm), and mounting hole diameter range (Ø1 1/4"–Ø1 1/2" / Ø32 mm–Ø38 mm).
- Step 3: Remove the mounting bracket/nut and seals, then insert the faucet and water lines through the drilled hole. The diagram shows the faucet body and lines being fed through a hole.
- Step 4: Install the faucet through the mounting hole, ensuring the sealing washer is between the countertop and bottom of the faucet. Align the faucet so that it is square with the sink. No plumber's putty is required unless the countertop is not smooth and flat. The diagram shows the faucet base and mounting hardware being secured from below.
- Step 5: Insert the water lines through the sealing rings and mounting bracket. Turn the mounting bracket/nut clockwise to tighten it against the seals and countertop. Then, use a screwdriver to tighten the screws in the mounting bracket to secure it in place. Do not over tighten as damage may occur to the countertop. The diagram shows securing the faucet from underneath.
- Step 6: Use a wrench to connect the hot and cold water lines to the corresponding supply valves. The diagram shows hoses being connected to valves labeled 'HOT' and 'COLD'.
- Step 7: Ensure that the blue locking ring is installed on the push connector. Connect the spray head hose by plugging the smaller end into the larger connector until you hear a click and the two hoses can not be pulled apart. The diagram shows two connectors being joined.
- Step 8: Attach the spray hose counterweight by opening the clamp and installing it onto the side of the hose that leads to the spray head, not where it connects to the water connection. Ensure the weight is a few inches above the bottom bend. Check that the weight moves freely with the spray hose and does not make contact with the water supply valves or drain pipe. The diagram shows a counterweight being attached to the spray hose.
- Step 9: Remove the spray head by twisting counterclockwise. The diagram shows the spray head being detached.
- Step 10: Turn on water and flush to remove any debris in the lines before attaching spray head. The diagram shows water flowing from the hose without the spray head.
- Step 11: Reattach the spray head after flushing the system. Place the spray head on the threaded connection and rotate clockwise until tight. The diagram shows the spray head being reattached.
