Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Main Base
Take the square base (Part 4). This base contains the rotating mechanism. Ensure it is oriented correctly, with the text "Impervious to holes in the back" facing the rear. Align all four sides of the rotating mechanism and secure it by turning the screws (A1).
Step 2: Attach Base Side Panels
Attach the side panels (Part 9 and Part 10) to the square base (Part 4). Note the indication "Two impermeable holes on this side". Use screws (B4) to fasten these panels.
Step 3: Install Base Supports and Caster
Attach the base support pieces (Part 11, KO, B0) to the assembled base. Install the caster wheel (J15) as shown.
Step 4: Assemble the Rotating Core - Initial Structure
Begin assembling the central rotating core. Take two vertical shelf panels (Part 5 and Part 7), which have slots. Slot them together to form a cross shape. This is referred to as the "Opening Cross".
Step 5: Assemble the Rotating Core - Add Shelves
Continue building the rotating core. Insert the solid vertical shelf panel (Part 6) into the structure. The text "Install the remaining shelves in the same way" indicates this process is repeated for all vertical panels.
Step 6: Assemble the Rotating Core - Attach Top Shelf
Attach the top circular shelf (Part 1) to the assembled rotating core. Use screws (B4). A caution is provided: "Screw in the hole before tightening or it will crack", suggesting careful alignment is needed.
Step 7: Prepare the Column Base Structure
Start assembling the base structure for the rotating column itself. Take a base piece. Dimensions "short" (短) and "long" (长) are indicated. Part KO is shown and should be "Installed on the long side".
Step 8: Attach Column Base Supports
Attach a support piece (Part 11) to the column base structure prepared in the previous step.
Step 9: Add More Column Base Supports
Attach additional support pieces (Part 8 and Part 11) to the column base structure. Use screws (B4) for fastening.
Step 10: Attach Column Base Brackets
Fasten the metal brackets (A16) to the top surface of the column base structure.
Step 11: Attach Column Bottom Base and Caster
Attach the bottom circular base (Part 3) to the column structure. Install a caster wheel (J15) onto this base. Use screws (B4).
Step 12: Integrate Rotating Core into Column
Place the assembled rotating core (from Steps 4-6) into the column structure (built in Steps 7-11). Use screws (B4) to secure it. The diagram shows the core being integrated.
Step 13: Continue Column Assembly
Continue attaching the vertical panels and shelves to build up the rotating column. Use screws (B4) as indicated.
Step 14: Further Column Assembly
Continue the assembly process for the rotating column, ensuring all parts are securely fastened with screws (B4).
Step 15: Attach Final Top Shelf
Attach the final top circular shelf (Part 1) to the top of the assembled rotating column. Use screws (B4).
Your Latitude Run Rotating Bookcase is now assembled.
