Powerline Network Adapter
Article No.: 118584-03, 2022-08
Product Numbers: 118587, 119633
General
The Powerline adapter uses your home's electrical circuits to expand your existing data network. The integrated electric socket on the Powerline adapter enables you to connect other electronic devices to the same socket. The built-in noise filter eliminates electrical signal noise, thereby guaranteeing high-quality data transfer via your home's power cables.
The devices are used to connect Flexit ventilation products to the Internet in places where a network cable cannot be fitted. When the unit is connected to the network, you can register it in Flexit's cloud service with the Flexit GO app.
Overview
This section provides a visual overview of the setup. It shows a Flexit product connected via an electric cable to a Powerline adapter. The adapter is then connected via a network cable to an internet router, which establishes a local network connection. A smartphone displaying the Flexit GO app is also shown, indicating connectivity.
Diagram Description: A Flexit ventilation unit is shown connected to a Powerline adapter using an electric cable and a network cable. The adapter connects to an internet router via another network cable, forming a local network. A smartphone with the Flexit GO app is shown connected to this network.
For optimum function, both adapters must be connected to the same electrical phase.

How to Do
Follow these steps to connect your Powerline adapters:
- Connect the first Powerline adapter to a wall socket near the product.
- Connect a network cable between the product and the adapter.
If the network cable from the device is not long enough, use the network cable supplied with the adapter and connect it to the lead connector on the cable from the device.

- Connect the second Powerline adapter to a wall socket near your home's internet router.
- Plug the included network cable between the adapter and the router.
When the connection is complete, wait for the Powerline indicator light to show a constant light. This indicates that the adapters are communicating with each other.
Now you can download the Flexit GO app and connect your unit to the cloud service. This ensures your unit always has the latest software, and Flexit can assist you remotely if needed. You can also control the unit from your phone or tablet.
