Safety Precautions

Please read the following safety instructions carefully before using the appliance. Keep this user manual, warranty card, receipt, original packaging, and any other packaging elements if possible.

ATTENTION! Do not use the appliance in close proximity to containers filled with water (baths, sinks, etc.). If the appliance falls into water, immediately unplug it from the power outlet with dry hands. In no case should you put your hands into the water or try to turn on the appliance again. Before reuse, the appliance must be checked by a qualified specialist.

Intended Use

The hair clipper is designed for cutting hair on the face and body. It can be used to trim hair, give it the desired shape, and remove unwanted body hair.

The appliance features the following parts:

The diagram shows the Hyundai hair clipper with its charging dock. The clipper itself has a sleek black design with a silver accent band. On the front of the clipper, there is a prominent ON/OFF switch and a digital display showing battery status or settings. Above the display is a silver dial or button, likely for adjusting cutting length or features. The top of the clipper houses the blades and an adjustable attachment. Preparation for Use

  1. After storing or transporting the appliance in low-temperature conditions, it is recommended to keep it in a warm place for two hours before switching it on.
  2. Remove the appliance from the packaging, freeing it from any transport elements.
  3. Ensure the package contents match the manufacturer's declaration.
  4. Inspect the appliance and ensure there is no mechanical damage to the device or its accessories.
  5. Verify that the mains voltage matches the appliance's voltage specified in the technical characteristics.
  6. Charge the device before use. Charge for 12 hours before the first use.
  7. Before first use, it is recommended to clean the appliance and accessories (see "Cleaning and Care" section).

Charging

  1. Connect the adapter cable to the charging base connector. Connect the other end of the cable to a power outlet. When the blue indicator on the base lights up, you can begin charging the appliance.
  2. Ensure the appliance is switched off.
  3. Place the appliance on the base. The adapter icon will appear on the appliance's display, showing the battery charge percentage. Charging is complete when it reaches 99% charge.

Operation

  1. Ensure the appliance is charged.
  2. The appliance can be used both wired and wirelessly. If necessary, connect the appliance to the power supply.

ATTENTION! Connect the appliance to the power supply only when you are ready to charge or use it.

  1. If necessary, attach the detachable attachment. Attach and change attachments only when the appliance is switched off.
  2. Adjust the cutting length using the switch on the back of the appliance.
  3. Before use, lubricate the blades: apply 2-3 drops of oil to the blades. Do not touch the blades with your hands.
  4. Use the ON/OFF switch to turn on the appliance.

Trimming Function

Trimming allows you to reduce hair volume without shortening it, providing a smooth cut without sharp transitions, similar to a salon. Use the switch on the appliance body (see item 3 in the appliance diagram) to extend the trimming blade.

Cleaning and Care

  1. Clean the appliance after each use.
  2. Turn off the appliance before cleaning.
  3. Remove the attachment, rinse it with water, and dry it. Mild cleaning agents can be used.
  4. Wipe the body with a damp cloth.
  5. Use the included brush to clean the blades of hair.
  6. Lubricate the blades regularly.

Transportation and Storage

  1. Transportation of the appliance can be carried out by all types of transport in accordance with cargo transportation rules.
  2. When transporting in the original packaging, ensure protection against damage, preventing exposure to atmospheric precipitation and aggressive environments.
  3. When transporting without the original packaging, it is recommended to use bubble wrap and corrugated cardboard containers.
  4. It is recommended to wrap each appliance component thoroughly in film and place it vertically in the container.
  5. Fill the free space between appliance components with bubble wrap or folded cardboard to prevent them from moving freely within the container during transportation.
  6. Store the appliance in its packaging in rooms with an air temperature of 5 to 40°C and relative humidity up to 80% at 25°C.

Disposal

  1. To protect the environment, do not dispose of the appliance and its batteries with regular household waste after the end of their service life. Hand over the appliance and batteries to specialized collection points for further disposal.
  2. Waste generated during the disposal of the appliance must be collected and disposed of in the prescribed manner.
  3. Dispose of used, fully discharged batteries in accordance with local legislation.
  4. For more information on appliance disposal, contact your local municipality, waste disposal service, or the store where you purchased the appliance.
  5. This appliance complies with the required European and Russian safety and hygiene standards.

Installation Rules and Conditions

This appliance does not require any installation or permanent fixation.

HYUNDAI expresses its gratitude for your choice. If you encounter any problems during product operation, please contact the nearest authorized service centers (ASCs). Only these service centers have the right and appropriate qualifications to service HYUNDAI equipment. We kindly ask you to carefully study the operating instructions and check the warranty card for correct completion to avoid misunderstandings. The warranty obligations become valid if the product's warranty eligibility can be unambiguously determined, which requires: the presence of the model and serial number clearly indicated in the warranty card, as well as the serial number and model on the product matching those indicated in the warranty card. It is forbidden to make any changes to the identification data in the warranty card and on the product, as well as to erase or rewrite them. Violation of these conditions may necessitate an expertise to determine the product's warranty eligibility. This warranty card confirms HYUNDAI's commitment to satisfy consumer requirements established by current consumer protection legislation in case of product defects. However, HYUNDAI reserves the right to refuse warranty service for the product if the following conditions are not met. All warranty obligations are valid within the framework of consumer protection legislation and are regulated by the legislation of the country in which they are provided.

Warranty Period

Warranty obligations are valid for 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of product sale, provided these Conditions are met. If the sales receipt confirming the date of sale is missing, and the seller's stamp is not present in the warranty card, the warranty period is calculated from the date of manufacture and is 24 (twenty-four) months.

Warranty Conditions

  1. Warranty is provided only for models officially supplied by HYUNDAI and certified.
  2. Warranty is provided to buyers who purchase and use their product for personal or household needs.
  3. The buyer undertakes to contact an ASC for warranty repair in case of a product malfunction.
  4. Warranty obligations do not apply to accessories and attachments included in the product package - power elements (batteries, rechargeable batteries), mounting devices. The warranty also does not apply to:
    • Microwave ovens: grill racks, glass trays, roller rings, motor shaft couplings, steamer elements, backlight lamps, mica plates, fuses, batteries;
    • Ovens: external and internal door glass, control panel glass surfaces, door handles and control knobs, baking sheets, racks, telescopic guides, glass trays, ceramic trays, spits, thermodules, backlight lamps;
    • Vacuum cleaners: shields, nozzles, tubes, hoses, dust bags, filters, batteries;
    • Washing machines: water inlet and drain hoses;
    • Dishwashers: water inlet and drain hoses, dish racks, spray arms, backlight lamps;
    • Hobs: glass surfaces, control knobs, cast iron grates, gas burners, igniters;
    • Kitchen hoods: decorative covers, air ducts, lamps, filters;
    • Refrigerators: shelves, drawers, and bins, lamps;
    • Other household appliances: accessories and attachments included in the package, consumables (items with limited service life), remote controls.
  5. The product is removed from warranty service in cases:
    • if the product was used for purposes not corresponding to its intended use;
    • if the operating rules set forth in the User Manual are violated;
    • violation of the integrity of warranty seals;
    • if the product's serial number has been altered, removed, or is illegible;
    • changes to the internal structure or attempts at self-repair of the product;
    • deformation or change in the geometry of the product's body;
    • installation, connection, and setup of the product performed not in accordance with the User Manual.
  6. Warranty obligations do not apply to:
    • mechanical damage that occurred after the product was handed over to the consumer;
    • damage caused by exposure to sand, high or low temperatures, corrosion, oxidation;
    • damage caused by foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects, or animals entering the product;
    • damage caused by natural disasters, fire, household factors, accidental external factors (voltage surges in the electrical network, thunderstorms, etc.);
    • defects arising from natural wear and tear during product operation. Natural wear and tear is understood as the consequences of product use that lead to a deterioration of their technical condition and appearance due to the use of this product or the use of aggressive cleaning agents that have removed symbols and inscriptions on the external surfaces of the product;
    • incompleteness of the product, which was discovered by the buyer after the product was handed over by the seller;
    • damage caused by non-compliance with electrical network parameters and other similar external factors.
    In the above cases, the manufacturer disclaims responsibility for any harm, direct or indirect, caused by the product to people, domestic animals, or property.
  7. The product may be removed from warranty service if it is found that the warranty seals have been violated, or there are signs of disassembly or other interventions not provided for in the operating instructions.
  8. Products with defects resulting from the failure of parts with a limited service life or limited warranty period are not subject to warranty repair.
  9. Product setup and installation (assembly, connection, etc.) described in the documentation attached to the product may be performed by the user or by specialists from ASCs of the relevant profile and seller companies (on a paid basis). In this case, the person (organization) performing the installation is responsible for the correctness and quality of the installation (setup). It is important to note the significance of correct product installation for both its reliable operation and for obtaining warranty and free service. You must demand that the installer enters all necessary installation details into the warranty card.
  10. Product setup, the procedure for which is described in the User Manual, is not covered by warranty service. The manufacturer reserves the right to change product specifications and their комплектация without prior notice.
