Powering On
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
Pairing Mode
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The indicator light will turn red and blue, indicating pairing mode. On your mobile device, go to Bluetooth settings and select 'Nokia E1200 ANC' from the list of available devices.
Charging
When charging, the indicator light is solid red. When fully charged (100%), the red light turns off.
Controls
Music:
- Play/Pause: Press the power button once.
- Next Track: Press and hold the '+' button for 2 seconds.
- Previous Track: Press and hold the '-' button for 2 seconds.
- Volume Up: Press the '+' button.
- Volume Down: Press the '-' button.
ANC (Active Noise Cancellation):
- ANC On/Off: Press the ANC button.
Calls:
- Answer/End Call: Press the power button once.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.
Voice Assistant:
- Activate Voice Assistant: Press the power button twice.
Troubleshooting
Problem | Reason | Solution |

Does not power on / Does not respond | Battery is low | Charge the headphones for 2-3 hours and reconnect. |
No sound after pairing | Incorrect pairing | Pair the headphones again or reset them. |

Failing to charge / No light during charging | Error with power supply | Check that the charging cable is plugged in. Ensure the wall switch is on using a wall charger. Perform a hardware reset. |
Hearing an echo | Volume is too loud or the environment is too noisy | Adjust the volume or change your location. |
Noise in-call / Sound occasionally drops | Noisy environment or distance between earphones and mobile device is too far | Change your location or bring your headphones and mobile device closer together. Move away from interference signals or shorten the distance between the earphones and the device. |

Reset
To reset the headphones, press and hold the power button and the ANC button simultaneously for 5 seconds.

Important safety instructions:
- Read the user guide and warranty manual carefully before using the product.
- Keep this user guide with the product if passing it on to new users.
- Do not use the product if it is visibly damaged.
- Use the product only in environments where wireless Bluetooth® transmission is permitted.
- Preventing damage to health and accidents:
- Do not listen at high volumes for extended periods to prevent hearing injury.
- The product generates permanent magnetic fields that may interfere with medical implants like pacemakers and defibrillators (ICDs). Maintain a distance of at least 10cm (3.94 inches) between the magnetic components and implanted medical devices.
- Keep product parts, packaging, and accessories out of reach of children and pets to prevent choking hazards.
- Do not use the product in environments requiring special attention, such as in traffic.
- Preventing damage to the product and malfunctions:
- Keep the product dry and avoid exposure to extreme temperatures (hairdryers, heaters, prolonged sunlight) to prevent corrosion or deformation. Normal operating temperature is between 0°C and 40°C (32°F-104°F).
- Use only attachments, accessories, and spare parts provided or recommended by the manufacturer.
- Clean the product with a soft, dry cloth only.
- WARNING: In extreme cases, rechargeable batteries may leak if abused or misused, potentially causing explosion, fire, heat generation, or smoke/gas development. Dispose of defective products with built-in rechargeable batteries at special collection points or return them to your specialist dealer.
- Only use rechargeable batteries recommended by RichGo and the appropriate chargers.
- Charge the product/rechargeable batteries only at ambient temperatures between 10°C/50°F and 40°C/104°F.
- Switch off battery-powered products after use.
- Recharge the product/rechargeable batteries regularly (about every 3 months) if not using for extended periods.
- Do not heat the product/rechargeable batteries above 70°C/158°F. Avoid exposure to sunlight and do not throw the product/rechargeable batteries into fire.
Intended Use/Liability
RichGo is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data. Warranty is void if the product has been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons, mishandled, used with incorrect voltage, damaged by natural disaster or accident, or tampered with. Warranty does not cover damage caused by impact, sand, or liquid, or operating failures. Installation and maintenance must follow manufacturer instructions. The warranty is void if the model number or item code has been erased or modified, or if the contents of the warranty policy have been modified without authorization. The warranty does not apply if the product has been used for commercial, display, demonstration, or rental purposes.
All replaced parts within the warranty period are the property of the manufacturer. Warranty covers only the hardware of the product’s main body. Accessories like cables, software, CDs, external covers, and user manuals are not covered.
