Powering On

Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.

Pairing Mode

Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The indicator light will turn red and blue, indicating pairing mode. On your mobile device, go to Bluetooth settings and select 'Nokia E1200 ANC' from the list of available devices.

Charging

When charging, the indicator light is solid red. When fully charged (100%), the red light turns off.

Troubleshooting

Problem Reason Solution
Does not power on / Does not respond Battery is low Charge the headphones for 2-3 hours and reconnect.
No sound after pairing Incorrect pairing Pair the headphones again or reset them.
Turns off automatically Battery is low Charge the headphones for 2-3 hours.
Failing to charge / No light during charging Error with power supply Check that the charging cable is plugged in. Ensure the wall switch is on using a wall charger. Perform a hardware reset.
Hearing an echo Volume is too loud or the environment is too noisy Adjust the volume or change your location.
Noise in-call / Sound occasionally drops Noisy environment or distance between earphones and mobile device is too far Change your location or bring your headphones and mobile device closer together. Move away from interference signals or shorten the distance between the earphones and the device.
Sound is too soft Low volume Increase the volume.
Pairing unsuccessful / Cannot find the pairing name on the device Too many pairing records or not paired properly Remove at least one pairing from your device's pairing list, reset, and pair the headphones again.
