This document provides instructions and safety information for the Nokia Essential True Wireless Earphones E1200.
Getting Started
Powering On
To power on the earphones, press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds.

Pairing Mode
To enter pairing mode, press and hold the power button for approximately 7 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and blue. On your device (e.g., smartphone), navigate to Bluetooth settings, search for available devices, and select "Nokia E1200" to connect.

Charging
Connect the earphones to the charging case using the provided USB cable. The LED indicator on the earphones will show a red light during charging and will indicate completion (e.g., turn off or blue) when fully charged.

Troubleshooting

Music Controls
- Play/Pause: Press the power button once.
- Next Track: Press and hold the '+' button for 2 seconds.
- Previous Track: Press and hold the '-' button for 2 seconds.
- Volume Up: Press the '+' button.
- Volume Down: Press the '-' button.
Call Controls
- Answer/End Call: Press the power button once.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.
Voice Assistant
- Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.

Reset
To reset the headphones to factory settings, press and hold the power button and the volume down button simultaneously for 5 seconds.

Safety Guide
Please read the following safety instructions carefully before using the product.
- Hearing Protection: Do not listen at high volume levels for extended periods to prevent hearing damage.

Battery Safety Warnings
- Rechargeable batteries may leak, cause fire, explosion, or heat generation if abused or misused.
- Dispose of defective products with built-in rechargeable batteries at special collection points or return them to a specialist dealer.
- Use only rechargeable batteries and chargers recommended by RichGo.
- Charge batteries only at ambient temperatures between 10°C (50°F) and 40°C (104°F).
- Switch off battery-powered products after use.
- Recharge batteries regularly (about every 3 months) if not used for extended periods.
- Do not heat batteries above 70°C (158°F), avoid sunlight, and do not throw batteries into fire.

This product is designed for wireless audio communication, such as music playback and phone calls, using Bluetooth technology. Any use not specified in the product guides is considered misuse.
