- If you encounter operational issues with the product and cannot resolve them through troubleshooting, disconnect the product and contact the Razer hotline or check for support information at support.razer.com.
- Do not disassemble the product, as this will void the warranty. Do not operate it with abnormal current loads.
- Avoid exposing the product to liquids, moisture, or water. Operate the product within the specified temperature range (0°C to 40°C). If the temperature exceeds this range, unplug the product or turn it off and wait for the temperature to stabilize within the optimal level.
- It is recommended to gently stretch the headband before wearing the headset to minimize stress. However, do not overstretch beyond the technical specifications to avoid permanent damage.
- The product's low-volume usage can block ambient sounds, potentially reducing your awareness of your surroundings. Remove the product when performing activities that require attention to your environment.
- Prolonged use at high volumes can cause hearing damage. Some countries have legal limits for sound pressure levels, such as a maximum of 86 dB for 8 hours of daily use. Therefore, it is recommended to lower the volume to a comfortable level when enjoying music for extended periods. Protect your hearing.
