Basic Information

Individual parameters, image descriptions, and the appearance of the device in this manual may vary depending on individual versions and software updates. Printing errors are reserved.

Please update your device as soon as a new software version becomes available!

The purchaser is obliged to ensure that the serial number is stated in the warranty card, delivery note, and proof of purchase. If the serial number is not indicated on these documents, the service center may automatically reject the claim. The buyer must inform subsequent owners of this requirement. Please claim warranty service from your dealer. The warranty card and user manual are included in the phone's package.

Safe Use

The UMIDIGI BISON and BISON GT offer increased durability but are not mechanically indestructible.

The display is made of tempered glass for enhanced scratch resistance. However, it may crack if dropped on a hard surface or sharp object. Cracked displays due to mechanical damage or improper use are not covered by the warranty.

The BISON and BISON GT are certified with IP68 and IP69K ratings according to ISO 20653:2013.

Note: The IP68 rating does not guarantee 100% waterproofness in all conditions. According to the manufacturer, it offers protection up to 1.5 meters depth for 30 minutes. This rating does not apply to salt water.

After contact with water or other liquids, do not charge the phone. First, dry the connector with a moderately warm air stream (up to 40°C).

The warranty does not cover intentional damage to the phone.

Warning: The microphone is located on the bottom of the phone. If it is covered (e.g., by hand), the other party may not hear you or may hear you very poorly.

SIM Card Installation

Turn off the phone before installing SIM cards.

  1. Carefully pull out the SIM card drawer from the side of the phone using the SIM card eject clip included in the package.
  2. Insert the Nano SIM cards into the drawer so they click into place, then slide the drawer back into the phone.
  3. Ensure the covers are closed properly.
  4. The phone supports either 2x Nano SIM cards or 1x Nano SIM card and 1x microSD card.

Battery Charging

Before first use, charge the battery to 100%.

  1. Connect the adapter to the charger connector. The USB-C connector can be inserted from either side; do not use force.
  2. Plug the charger into an electrical outlet.
  3. Once the battery is fully charged, disconnect the phone from the charger.

Powering On/Off/Sleep Mode

Ensure the phone has a SIM card and the battery is fully charged.

Safety Notifications

The phone/PCB may contain a moisture detection label. If moisture enters the phone, this label will turn red. The importer reserves the right to deny warranty for phones damaged in this manner.

If any of the following occur, contact an authorized service center or your supplier:
