Safe work with the machine is only possible if you read this operating instruction and the safety instructions completely and follow the instructions contained strictly. Additionally, the general safety instructions of the leaflet supplied with the tool must be observed. Prior to the first use, the user should absolve a practical training.

Switch the product off and disconnect it from the power supply before assembly, cleaning, adjustments, maintenance, storage and transportation. ?

The tool must neither be wet nor used in humid environment. ?❌

Extension Cords

When using an extension cord with your Polisher refer to the following table to determine the required A.W.G. wire size. Before using the Polisher, make sure the power cord and extension cord are in good working condition. Make repairs or replacements before using the Polisher. Only use extension cords that are rated for outdoor use.

Assembly

To reduce the risk of injury, turn the unit off and disconnect it from the power source before installing and removing accessories, before adjusting or making repairs. An accidental start-up can cause injury. ⚡

Assembling the Drywall Sander (See Figs. 1,2)

Take the drywall sander out of the packaging, unfold it and secure with the locking hook. Make sure that the locking hook engages correctly.

When the machine needs to be folded, pull up the locking hook to relax pothook, then the pipe can be folded.

Fitting the Telescopic Extension (See Fig. 3)

Insert the telescopic extension into the lock for the telescopic extension and lock it by twisting as shown in Fig 3. According to the needs of different grinding positions, the length of the machine can be adjusted between 1200-1800mm.

Connecting the Hose for Dust Extractor (See Fig. 4)

Insert the dust hose connector into the opening of the telescopic extension.

Connecting the Hose for Dust Extractor with Dust Collection Bag (See Fig.5&6)

Lock the hose and dust collection bag by the snap.

Dust Collection Bag Sealing

To seal the dust collection bag so that it is dust-tight, proceed as follows (Fig. 7):

Fastening the Grinding/Sanding Paper (See Fig.8)

The hook-and-loop fastener enables easy changing of the abrasive paper. Make sure that the vacuum extraction holes on the abrasive paper and the sanding head are aligned. ?

CAUTION! For health safety reasons, it is imperative that you use a dust extractor. ?

Operation

On/Off Switch (See Fig. 9)

Switching on: press the On/Off switch. Switching off: release the On/Off switch.

Operating for a Long Time (See Fig. 10)

Lock-on: press the switch lock button when the On/Off switch is fully depressed. Release lock: completely squeeze and release the On/Off switch.

Sanding Wheel Speed Regulation (See Fig. 11)

The speed is adjusted by turning the control knob. The control knob is numbered "MIN" through "MAX" with "MIN" being the slowest speed (approximately 1100 RPM) and "MAX" being the fastest speed (approximately 1850 RPM).

Use the higher speed settings for fast stock removal. Use the lower speed to reduce removal rate for more precise control.

Turn On/Off the LED Light Ring (See Fig. 12)

Press the LED light On/off switch to turn on/off the LED light ring against the dark environment. ?

Detachable Plastic Guard for Edge of Wall Sanding (See Fig.13&14)

To take off the side guard, first push the lock button (each side) then take it down.

Remove the Sticky Disk (See Fig.15)

Insert a hexagon wrench into the inner hexagon hole of the output shaft in the center of the sticky disc and turn it counterclockwise. At the same time, press the grinding stick plate by hand to remove the grinding sticky plate.

Maintenance

To reduce the risk of injury, turn the unit off and disconnect it from the power source before installing and removing accessories, before adjusting or making repairs. An accidental start-up can cause injury. ⚡

Keep the ventilating holes clean to guarantee the cooling of the machine. ?️

Pull out the power plug of the power socket before maintenance and repair the device. ?

If the power cord of the device is damaged, it has to be replaced by the manufacturer or his customer service or similar qualified persons, to avoid dangers.

The device is equipped with carbon brushes. The device turns off when abrasion of the carbon brushes reaches a certain limit. Let the carbon brushes change only by qualified customer service.

Trouble Shooting

Problem Possible Causes Likely Solutions
Tool will not start. 1. Cord not connected.
2. No power at outlet.
3. Internal damage or wear. (Carbon brushes or switch, for example.)
1. Check that cord is plugged in.
2. Check power at outlet. If outlet is unpowered, turn off tool and check circuit breaker. If breaker is tripped, make sure circuit is right capacity for tool and circuit has no other loads.
3. Replace carbon brushes and/or have technician service tool.
Performance decreases over time. Carbon brushes worn or damaged. Replace brushes.
Excessive noise or rattling. Internal damage or wear. (Carbon brushes or bearings, for example.) Have technician service tool.
Overheating. 1. Forcing tool to work too fast.
2. Blocked motor housing vents.
3. Motor being strained by long or small diameter extension cord.
1. Allow tool to work at its own rate.
2. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and NIOSH-approved dust mask/respirator while blowing dust out of motor using compressed air. ?
3. Eliminate use of extension cord. If an extension cord is needed, use one with the proper diameter for its length and load.
Tool does not sand. 1. Disc accessory may be loose on spindle.
2. Disc accessory may be damaged, worn or wrong type for the material.
1. Be sure disc accessory arbor is correct and outer flange/arbor nut is tight.
2. Check condition and type of disc accessory. Use only proper type of disc accessory in good condition.
3. Reduce RPM to minimum setting.

Follow all safety precautions whenever diagnosing or servicing the tool. Disconnect power supply before service. ?

Disposal and Recycling

Disposal of the appliance

A crossed-out wheelie bin icon ?️ means: Batteries and rechargeable batteries, electrical or electronic devices must not be disposed of with household waste. They may contain substances that are harmful to the environment and human health.

Consumers must dispose of waste electrical devices, spent portable batteries and rechargeable batteries separately from household waste at an official collection point to ensure that these items are processed correctly. Information on returning these items is available from the seller. Sellers are required to accept these items free of charge. Batteries and rechargeable batteries, which are not permanently installed in waste electrical devices, must be removed prior to disposal and must be disposed of separately. Lithium batteries and battery packs in all systems must only be returned to a collection point when discharged. Batteries must always be protected against short circuits by covering the poles with adhesive tape.

All end users are responsible for deleting any personal data stored on waste devices prior to their disposal.

Disposal of the packaging

The packaging consists of cardboard and correspondingly marked plastics that can be recycled. ♻️ Make these materials available for recycling.
