7. Assemble on a flat, level, hard and smooth surface capable of safely supporting the Wood lateral file cabinets.
8. For additional information regarding the parts listed in the following pages, please refer to the Assembly Diagram of this manual. Unwrap and separate all parts in a clean work area.

ASSEMBLY STEPS

Step 1

Attach drawer slide rails CL and CR to panels (2) and (3) using screws P.

Step 2

Connect panels (2), (3), and (7) using dowels C and screws B, D.

Step 3

Attach panel (8) to panels (2), (3), and (7) using screws D.

Step 4

Attach panel (11) to the structure.

Step 5

Attach panel (5) to panels (2), (3), and (7) using dowels C and screws D.

Step 6

Attach panel (1) to panels (2), (5), and (3) using dowels C and screws D.

Step 7

Attach caster wheels J to panels (1) and (5) using screws P.

Step 8

Attach panels (9) and (10) to the structure.

Step 9

Attach top panel (4) to the structure using cam bolts A and screws R, O.

Step 10

Attach panel (3) to the structure using screws B, C.

Step 11

Attach hinges M and screws O to panels (3), (9), (10), (11).

Step 12

Attach hinge plates Q to panel (12) using screws G, P and handle F.

Step 13

Attach door (12) to the cabinet using screws P.

Step 14

Attach panel (6) (drawer front) to the drawer assembly using screws E.

Step 15

Attach panel (13) to the structure using screws A.

Step 16

Attach panel (13) to the structure using screws F, G, H, I.

Step 17

Attach drawer slide rails (14, 15) to panels (13) and (12) using screws B, C.

Step 18

Insert drawer bottom (18) into the drawer assembly.

Step 19

Attach panel (16) to the structure using screws A.

Step 20

Assemble the drawer box using panels (15, 13, 14, 16) and hardware B, L, N.

Step 21

Attach drawer slide rails DL, DR to the drawer and cabinet using screws P and cam locks K.

Step 22

Insert the assembled drawer into the cabinet. This step also shows the separate drawer slide rail components CL, CR, DL, DR.
